+ -1 moreMiguel Perez came out he was prompt professional and I would up using his company to do the work. Miguel had taken pictures of the color of our cement roof tile so he and his installer went to the yard to look for the best match. It was almost a perfect match and the work was done in less than 20 minutes. This was the best and easiest repair I have had with a contractor. I would recommend M1 Roofing to any and everyone. Miguel and his crew are fabulous to work with and he stands behind his work and gets the job done in a fast professional mannor
