Technician did not hook the cooler up electrically. Left hot wires hanging out of the wall where my children play. Technician got frustrated and kicked the cooler denting it

He got here on time and was fast and he had to reroute some pipes. He added a turn off valve that our old one did not have so we wont have to turn off water to whole house next time if needed. He was pleasant and very helpful explaining process as he went along. we were very happy and would use them again. Plus we got a senior discount..

First trip was the hot water heater went out. They came after 5pm and didn't charge extra. End result was a new hot water heater. The plumber talked us out of the bigger heater saying that we wouldn't need it considering how reliable and fast the one he wanted to put in was. Offered to put his recommended one in and leave it for two weeks at which time he would switch it out to the bigger size if we wanted it. There was no need. The one he recommended was more than sufficient. They did not bill us until after the two weeks were up. The serviceman was knowledgeable and friendly, worked quickly and explained the new heater. Next was a plugged drain. I had been cleaning the pantry and disposing of food long past its prime. I put some old rice down the disposal and much to my dismay the drains plugged up. They came out within a couple of hours and cleaned the drains and disposal. They made sure everything was back in working condition before they left.

The company is family owned and well-respected in the community.It has been around for many years. The work and clean-up were great. The workers were very funny and polite. I do have lava rock that was dug up and scattered in my arena, which is annoying. I think they would have cleaned it up if they had realized that was a problem.for the horses. The fence was also re-built nicley. The irrigation system had to be cut for the new line. The workers fixed it and re-buried it when they were finished. They created a closed system, which I thought was hilarious. The owner apologized and said the workers don't really have expertise in irrigation systems. He offered to have me pick a professional to fix it, and then they reimbursed me for the cost. All the work was completed in about two days. I felt that Cardinal was very professional and honest. I also felt that they gave me some extra TLC since I had just had surgery. If I have any other plumbing problems, I will certainly use them again.

We have had a good experience with Cardinal. They are professional and knowledgeable.

They have always been a good company. They are expensive, but worth it.
