I highly recommend Terra Nova Engineering for the lateral sewer work. Sheila was professional and helpful in getting everything set up for the job. The workers were on time, professional and got the job done in one day. Through the efficient work of Terra Nova's Employees, it was stress free for me!

Very well, but they should have told us that they were only going to replace the pipe from our yard to the street when they gave us the quote. We were surprised that the pipe under the house was not going to be replaced; that would be a separate job and a separate quote.

Quick and painless. Crew showed up early (and on time) and were gone by the time I returned home from work. Everything was done professionally, all permitting was taken care of by Terra Nova, and aside from the fresh cement on my walkway and the smooth patch of asphalt in the street there was no evidence they had even been there.

Showed up on date and time agreed upon. Workers were efficient, friendly, non smoking crew, quiet. They met inspection times and re-paved the street nicely. The company also assisted with my paperwork for a grant rebate from the sewer district.

The crew was very professional. They worked hard and listened to all of my questions and concerns. They showed me the pipe after they were done so I could see how it came out. One issue I had with the old pipe was water due to flatness. They were able to make small adjustments to make the pipe almost perfect. I was amazed they were able to finish the easy job in a day, and the hard job in two. They also did a good job replacing all the concrete. They took care of all permits and inspections.
