Description of Work: I had a clogged bath tub drain. This business was excellent. They promptly called me for an appointment and came the same day I called. The men who came were professional and private. i would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I had a toilet installed. He arrived earlier then expected but that was fine because they called me to make sure it was oK. He was very quick and a very nice young man. he left no mess. I am quite happy with his work.

Description of Work: I had a kitchen faucet replaced. They did a great job and the plumber, Darwin, was wonderful, prompt, clean and courteous. The company was responsive and hassle-free. The only complaint I have is that they charge a bit too much. I realize they have to cover their bases and that some jobs don't always go as planned (this one went fine). I respect that you get what you pay for and I don't mind paying a fair price for professional service However, I feel that $150.00 was a bit too much for less than 30 minutes labor swapping a 10 year old faucet for a brand new one, which I supplied - no special tools or engineering was involved. They also added the service fee of $29.00 on top of the labor fee. I understand the reason for the service fee, but I would think that the service fee should be subtracted from the final invoice amount, if the job is performed and paid at the same time as the initial visit/estimate.

Description of Work: After purchasing a new washer and dryer i was informed by Sears that my pipes were old and they were afraid to unhook my old hose so i called the above mentioned company and they came right out and took it off in no time. Unfortunately Sears was full of it and there was nothing wrong with my pipes.

Description of Work: Called to find out if they did water line repair (exterior). Spoke to a Nora or Dora. She didn't tell me up front there would be a $49 service fee just to have someone come out and give an estimate until after she collected all of my information. Since I am an Angie's List member, she said the fee would only be $29. She also said a "technician" can come out the same day I called and repair the leak, albeit, a technician wasn't scheduled to come out until 4-6pm. I asked her how is the technician going to be able to repair the leak in one day? She said, "Oh, I would have to make a phone call to see if a technician would be able to repair the leak today". I could hear other phone operators in the background and felt like they were only interested in booking appointments, not listening to my answers or needs. Suggestion: Be UPFRONT with customers and tell the truth about your services before asking for customer information.

Description of Work: Update: original work broke after about 5 months. The field supervisor came right away and fixed the problem. Plumber came and fixed a leaking shower. He did a great job on the actual work and was professional.
