I specifically asked if they could work on our dishwasher. Their receptionist said yes, but when the repair guys arrived and looked at the situation they informed me that they aren't allowed to work on the dishwasher. It was a waste of everyone's time and they charged me $45.

The woman in the office (I think her name was Nicole) and the Supervisor, Noe were very responsive, helpful, polite and professional both on the phone and in messages through Angie's list site. I sent a picture (attached to this review) and Noe quoted me a price of $250. Angie's list bluebook price for my area was between $150-400. Scheduling was easy and we made an appt for the next day between 1-3. Jose Cervantes arrive around 2. He looked at the job, said he could do no problem for the quoted price. It took him 30 minutes. Labor was $200 and $50 for parts. Jose did a great job and I don't think another plumber would have done it much cheaper. Having said that, $50 for parts that cost less than $15 at home depot (a nipple, 90-degree elbow, and some glue) seems steep. While $200 for 30 minutes feels steep, I understand that there is probably a 1-hour minimum to make it worthwhile to even make the trip for something so small. I used a coupon from Angie's list for 10% off the labor so the total was $230.

They arrived on time, seemed very knowledgeable about the project. Said that we would receive a written estimate in the next few days. It took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to receive the estimate. We were ready to hire and start the project asap. Due to the length of time it took just to get an estimate we will not be hiring this company for the job.

Vincent and Julio were very professional and courteous -- arriving on time and taking care to cover their shoes before coming into the house. Vincent even came up with a solution for clearing out the clog that was cheaper than removing the toilet and snaking the line -- using a video camera sewer line thread from the roof. We discovered that baby wipes used over five years ago were obstructing the sewer line, which also was partially blocked by roots. The video camera sewer line thread pushed aside the wipes and subsequent flushes cleared the line. So the sewer line is temporarily working. Vincent warned we need to install a two-way cleanout so future clogs will be easily cleared. He even found the site where we could install the cleanout, which he recommended asap since the roots in the sewer line will cause problems in the future.

I needed the bathroom sink faucet replaced and since it was on a pedestal sink it was a challenge to replace without removing the sink. I contacted Superior at 8:30am and they had a plumber out to my home by 10am the same day. I was thrilled about the immediate turn-around. The plumber (Vincent) came out with his apprentice (Julio) and reviewed the job and gave me a bid. It was at this time that he discovered the corroded p-trap. I was thankful that he found this before it caused major damage. Vincent was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He completed the job in just under 2 hours and patiently answered my questions. Julio was attentive and diligent in his work. I will definitely use their services again.

As far as the installation they did a fairly good job, but I had someone come in behind them and reinstall and they showed me things that they should have replaced instead of just working over it. That made me loose confidence in them. I also feel I was over charged because the person who came in and installed it correctly charged a lot less.

Superior's crew showed up on time. Professional, thoroughly explained what they needed to do. They were done in a reasonable amount of time, and when they left, you never know they were here. Thank you again. Highly recommend.

The first guy who came over wanted to remove the toilet and snake a camera down the drain, but his supervisor had the camera, so the guy said that the supervisor would be out shortly. The supervisor came out with the camera and determined that the toilet didn't need to come out, so he snaked the camera down through the toilet and determined that the pipes were fine. He didn't charge me for anything but the $45 evaluation fee.

Quickly done and shower performed well. It is still functioning above average.

I called for an appointment at 8am in the morning and they were able to schedule me same-day! A receptionist called me 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. They arrived within the window. Mark explored the issue, estimated the cost breakdown, and explained the resolution. After I gave him the go ahead, he was done within 5 minutes-- no joke! He was very professional, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Best plumbing company experience I've had! $44 service fee (with Angie's coupon), $48 for parts, $165 for labor.

The actual work went just fine. The plumber who came was timely, courteous, and did what needed to be done. The only problem I had was that I was charged $175 for fixing something that took a couple of minutes. It literally took him longer to write up the bill than it did to replace the flapper!

I think they were fine. They were good. They were very professional and very quick. They should have free estimates.

Prompt, did work as specified, would hire again

1) I hired Superior Plumbing to fix the leak in my kitchen faucet and install a new faucet I received from MOEN; I paid them $300.00+ which also included installing the garbage disposal & a part on the toilet; 2) shortly thereafter the leak started again and I reported it to Superior; 3) They came out and inspected it and said that it would cost another $300.00 to fix the problem. I paid the $300.00; 4) again after a short time, it started leaking again & I reported it to Superior; 5) Superior sent out another plumber who turned the faucet back & forth with his wrench and said there was nothing else he could see to do; 6) It continued to leak and I reported it again to Superior Plumbing who offered to said they were only available early in the morning when it was not convenient for me. I explained to them that due to health issues, and the medication I am taking, mornings are not good for me. To date, I have not heard back from them,and there is still a leak;

The problem turned out to be caused by another company. Nevertheless, they worked to resolve the situation.
