Description of Work: Replaced a master bath drain stopper. The tec said the part was in the mid thirty range. The job took about half an hr. I felt the labor charge was extremely high. The service man showed the old part and it did need replacing. He was very professional.

Description of Work: Installed new toilet and faucets in kitchen and bathroom. the $29 special gets you the service call, rest is apparently $75 per item no matter what it is. Toilet took a long time, bathroom sink, very short, kitchen sink sort of medium. Total about 2 hrs work. Thinking of sending my 18 yr old son to plumbers school.

Description of Work: Our disposal was backed up and they unplugged it for us and showed us the reason why it was backed up: the pipe was too small. It was a legal size but just not sufficient. They also mentioned that they could give me a new pipe unit for $400. I just had them fix the one I had, but I am thinking of asking them to come back for the whole megilla. Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Contractor serviced client back in August 2013, job total was $129 including the technician service fee. Contractor arrived at the property to find a cracked lavatory sink with a broken drain connection inside the wall. The p-trap and drain had been removed by client since he had made an attempt to make the repairs, but was not successful and decided to call us. A written quote was given for $150 to repair the drain connection in the wall and to install a p-trap that client was providing. Customer agreed to pricing and repairs were completed same day. A few days later, customer called our office to complaint about our pricing. Our management team reviewed the work completed and determined that price was on the low end of our pricing guidelines. Contractor deposited the $150 check but it posted for $100 since client wrote the spelled out portion for $100 not for $150. Contractor decided to take the $50 lost for the call since client was not happy with our price and yet a negative review is given here. Our company was more than fair in this situation.

Description of Work: There was backup in the sewer system of our newly-purchased, mid-century home. Superior offered to give me a 30 minute-ahead call so I did not have to wait at home for them. Although they had to reschedule, they arrived promptly the next day, quickly assessed and fixed the problem. As well, Superior let me know that the blockage was on the City-side of the system. Superior was very professional and clear about what needed to be done. They cleaned up the area well after completing the work. Importantly, the costs were fair and included a current discount. I will use Superor again and gladly recommend them.

Description of Work: Had the kitchen faucet removed and new faucet set installed (I pre-purchased it), after plumber quoted me a high price for trying to repair my very nice but leaking 10-yr-old faucet. I also had a bathtub spout replaced; plumber provided the near-match spout. He also adjusted the toilet lever float chain so that it functioned correctly--at no charge. The plumber was personable and worked fast. The kitchen faucet I purchased turns out to be made of what feels like plastic--very light weight and doesn't have the sound of striking metal/stainless steel or whatever my previous metal, curved and still gorgeous faucet was made of. I did not open the kitchen faucet box I purchased at Home Depot, so I never knew the quality was different from my previous Moen (heavy, metal, sleek). I am describing this because I would have kept the old faucet and parts in case I could ever find a skilled plumber to try to fix it for less than the quoted price Superior Plumbing gave me. The plumber who changed out my faucet admired the old faucet, too. Since I did not find it on the kitchen counter or in the kitchen garbage can after he left, I assumed it is customary to take the replaced faucet as part of clean-up.
