Superior Plumbing informed the reason I couldn't change the tanks, was due to a broken head on the system itself. Not only was a new and better system purchased, but, the system was relocated under the sink for easier access when I needed to change the tanks again. The price was very reasonable and he cleaned up after himself...a plus that's becoming rare.

It was great, technician was very knowledgeable and performed the work fast.

They were kind, quick and I have had no problems with the install. They gave good info on how to get the permit with the city.

There was another company said they said they couldn't do a job in my bathroom because they might break the sink and it was too risky. The guy from Superior Plumbing came out and did it rightaway. I was very impressed.

When Jose C. opened up the wall behind the shower/tub, he identified that it was just a badly corroded gasket causing the leak. He replaced the gasket, filled the tub to ensure that water wasn't leaking from anywhere else, did a rough patch on the drywall (fine since the 'wall' is the back of a linen closet), and the problem is resolved -- for half the original estimated price. He gave an honest assessment of the issue, performed efficient work, and was pleasant, professional, and courteous throughout. Thank you Superior Plumbing & Drain!

It worked out perfectly! They provided five star service and they are the best plumber in the world as far as I am concerned. They are outstanding, professional and their pricing is reasonable.

They were very nice and very thorough, and called ahead of time to let me know their estimate time of arrival. They took the time to look at my backyard and explain what the valves were for each area of my yard. They told me that I need a handyman and to call them back, preventing me from paying for any unnecessary work.

Everything went wonderfully - from making the appointment to having the plumbers come out and install our new kitchen faucet. I love the fact that when I make an appointment they are available the next day and it's very easy to schedule appointments around my availability. The receptionist if very friendly, courteous, and professional. Also - they call you 1/2 hour before your appointment to let you know their team is on the way. The plumbers (Oscar and Cesar) arrived on time and gave me a quote for the replacement of the kitchen faucet. I agreed on the price point and they went straight to work. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did the install and answered my myriad of questions. Moreover, I asked them to try to tighten the bathroom faucet handle and they did this as a comp. Superior is my go to plumbing company - we use them solely for any plumbing issues we may have. They are a company we can truly trust. The cost for replacing the faucet was $165 and the service charge was $44.

The problem was solved quickly by replacing an old and failing parts.

they did not even plug the stove back into the receptacle behind it but rather into a counter level one. so i have a dangling cord.

Julio and Johnathan were amazing. I know it is a cliche, but they were the best. They deserved an "A" for everything. No doubt I will use them again.

The plumber did a fine job. He told me the problem which he explained the extra cost to find the source of the leak.

After having two other plumbing companys out to try and fix the problem (we were beginning to worry that it was hopeless!), I found Vincent at Superior Plumbing. He and one of his co-workers came out to diagnose the problem!!! They were successful!!!!!! Vincent came out the next day and did the work! I will be calling Superior for all of my future plumbing needs.

Not sure whether or not an electrical outlet line was damaged. Having that repaired next week.

Vincent and Rudy were very nice and professional. They patiently explained the entire process to me at my request. They took extra time to re-explain when I didn't understand. (I really like to know what's going on). They were pleasant, great communicators, on time, and did not make a mess as workers often do. They were very pleasant people to work with. I had complete trust and confidence in their knowledge and equipment. I even got a call from the company that morning to let me know the workers were on the way which was nice so I could not be in the middle of some project when they came.

They did a really good job. They were very courteous and helpful on the phone, and the guy that came out was very flexible and easy to work with. They were more affordable than some other companies as well.

The experience was pretty good. I wasn't getting hot water out of one of the bathrooms. They did really good service. The price was fair.
