Description of Work: They replaced an old water regulator intake valve on our house. My husband was happy with the final results.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate on hooking up my gas stove and Superior Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Services made it out her on the same day. They were a bit late but in all fairness so were the other guys that were coming out to do estimates that day due to traffic from an accident. They quoted a very fair price and scheduled quickly, within 3 days to perform the service. When they came to do the work they were professional. They cleaned up after their work and I was able to use a credit card for the services rendered. I will be having them back to work on my tub shortly.

Description of Work: They didn't provide the service I wanted for the coupon price. I requested a video diagnostic of our sewer line and when I called to set up an appointment, the woman told me that I would be charged around $225.00 approx. for that type of diagnostic service, way more than the coupon price of $29.00, which would not cover it. I would like a refund for $29.00. I feel like the coupon was misleading, as the service I wanted was not excluded plainly in the offer.

Description of Work: Replaced the sewer line from the edge of my property to the central sewer line in the middle of the street.

Description of Work: Omar snaked my shower and bathtub. He was very careful to clean up after he was done. He was very personable and gave me a lot if good tips to keep my pipes flowing. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: I had a problem with the hot water not coming out the showerhead. They quoted me almost $5000 to redo the pipes, said it was the only way to fix it. I got another plumber who replaced the spout in the tub for $200 as the side where the hot water went up to the showerhead was blocked.

Description of Work: Fixed a burst pipe, fixed slow running kitchen faucets, fixed a dysfunctional toilet, tightened the toilet seat, replaced the screens in both the kitchen and bathroom faucets (the latter two services they did as a matter of course; other plumbing sources I've used would have let those go unless I specifically asked for repair/replacement). Description of Work: fixed a leak in my shower; replaced the faucet. Very well, the scheduling was a little off. I called on Saturday wanting an appt for early in the day the next week. Ever suggested he could get someone out that afternoon. I live in a condo complex ran around knocking on doors and left notes letting my "building" know the possibility of turning the water off. It did indeed need to be turned off, as the technician and I went out to turn off the water, someone had not heeded my warnings and was doing laundry, we discussed and decided he could come back early during the week and suggested I should have tried to get an early appt. I explained I that's what I asked and should have stuck to my guns; he said sometimes the "girls" in the office don't realized they should schedule in the day since the water might need to be turned off. I said it was a man that set the appt. All that being said, I believe his name was Jose, he was polite, professional and I was pleased with his work.

Description of Work: The service was for a property I did not live in but was selling. I set the appointment for about 4pm as I take care of my grandson and I needed to make sure he was awake from his nap before I met the plumber. They called me about 12pm and asked if they could make it earlier...about 1:00. |My grandson was waking up so I rushed to accommodate them and got to the home about 12:50. At 1:30 they were still not there, so I called and was assured they were on the way. At 2pm they still hadn't arrived...I called again. Then about 2:15 I was called by the plumber who said he would be there in about 20 minutes. He arrived about 2:45. My 15 month old grandson and I waited in an empty home for almost 2 hours for the plumber to arrive. It was very difficult for me with a baby to occupy for 2 hours with nothing in the home. I received no apology for the tardiness. The plumber seemed knowledgeable, cost I thought was high for installing a new garbage disposal (I had already purchased the disposal). Plumbing leaked and plumber had to come back out 4 days later to fix. |

Description of Work: They replaced the angle stop, fill valve and flex line in a toilet that was making a lot of noise. They tested for leaks and all is well now. I am pleased with the outcome.
