Description of Work: We had to have an old sink replaced in an existing cabinet. Cost for the job quoted at $350 if we found the replacement sink. Quote Cost if they brought the sink was $500. As seniors with limited incomes we tried to find the sink and couldn't find it. we asked Superior where we could try to find the sink. They had no referrals. After the sink was installed we were told where we could have found the sink. We felt the sink would not have cost $150. We understand the company needs to make a profit. We also understand it is not the company's job to give us a referral. However, we felt the company could have been neighborly and helped us locate the sink. We have used Superior before with very good results.

Description of Work: The service person would not honor the Angie's list coupon. When that is the reason that I called them the service technician should know to honor the coupon. He seemed to not understand anything about it, so I paid normal retail price. Angie's list did get me a refund of the $29, but that was a hassle and not worth the time to use the coupon. I am unlikely to use Angie's List "deals" again because of this and one other issue with a deal.

Description of Work: Replace a shower valve cartridge. |I was experiencing a loss of hot water in my shower and didn't know what might be causing it. The technician came out and assessed the problem and then replace the valve cartridge. While I am happy with the service, I do feel like it was pretty expensive for what looked to be a relatively simple service. At least I was able to learn from the experience and should be fairly comfortable performing this service myself in the future.

Description of Work: They came out to unclog my kitchen sink and ended up replacing the corrugated tubing under the sink with real pipes, a job that several people told me would be prohibitively expensive and difficult. It took these guys an hour tops, no problem. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Tech snaked and cleared sewer line stoppage. Tech also found some leaks under house. Tech found the master shower bath strainer is broken. Estimate to replace strainer and trap 2 inch on shower to be $595.00.
