I'm very satisfied with the work performed. The work was completed in a little under two hours. Although this was not a very complicated job, I am confident from talking to Vincent that this company can do almost any plumbing job, big or small. Their work is also warrantied.

Superior Plumbing was going to charge ~$50 to provide a quote. I wasted five minutes scheduling time with them to come out before they even told me about the charge.

They were very prompt. They set up an arrival time with a two hour window. It was nice because they came earlier rather that later. They were prepared for the job and brought all of the tools and parts that they needed. The pricing was fair. They were very clean and wore booties over their shoes. They were very professional and courteous.

The confirmed their appointment, kept us informed throughout the process, did what they said they would do, and came in under the original quote... what more can you ask for?

They were very good. I would use them again in the future.

I thought my problem was with the Insinkerator garbage disposal, but in fact it was just a clogged pipe exiting from the disposal. They quickly determined the root cause of the problem, disassembled the pipes, cleared the problem, and put everything all back together again. They arrived at my house in less than 2 hours from when I called. They were very polite, and even wore blue booties over their shoes to protect my floors.

He was professional, neat, tiddy, and polite. He explained everything thoroughly, and I was so impressed with everything, I will be calling again whenever I need them.

They were there about an hour after I called! They were quick and professional. Unfortunately the leak was not fixed but when I pointed that fact out they came back, again very quickly and fixed it. I recommend them and would definately use them again for my plumbing work.

They cleared 2 lines. He was great! He took the time to explain everything to me, and to show me all his tools that he was going to use. I have an older home, so he really explained how having an older home affects the drains. He also has 110% money guarantee and 24/7 service. He didn’t push me to buy any thing extra. He speaks Spanish too. It was a wonderful experience.

I must say, I'm almost happy I had the wet spot in the bathroom in the first place. The experience was fabulous. Vincent and his team member were very friendly and professional and explained everything along the way. I could not be happier.

They were on time and finished the jobs I had in one day. Were friendly and skilled. Everything fixed/replaced correctly I had two problems with the work: 1) they cut an asbestos pipe inside the house with an electric saw without warning me or putting up any protective barrier and half the house filled up with gritty smoke, 2) the cleanup could've been more thorough. Also, I was told I would receive the paperwork for the water heater permit in a week but it took over a month and a couple of phone calls. If I'd been told it would take a month or two I wouldn't have worried it might have been lost in the mail.

I got estimates from three companies. After they came out, they fixed one thing I wanted it to be fixed. The price wasn't cheap, and again, it was a service call. The overall result was very satisfactory.

I called to set up an appointment and was given a 4 hour window in which they would be coming to my home (9 am to 1 pm). I had to stay home from work to meet them and rearranged my day to be at work different hours that day. Their office help phoned at approximately 12:30 and said that they wouldn't be able to make it on time. I asked how long it would be and she said she didn't know. I asked her to call them to ask how long it would be. She refused to do that. I explained that I had to be at work and asked if they could come at 4p.m. The lady on the phone said they could come between 4 and 6. I explained that I didn't think it was fair for me to have to wait another 2 hours for them and that I would prefer that they give me an exact time they would arrive. She explained that they couldn't promise 4p.m. since they might not be able to make it because of traffic or not completing the job before me in time. I requested that in that case, since I would again be leaving work, that they meet me at 6 p.m. She said they couldn't do that either. I asked to speak to the supervisor who wasn't available at the time. He did call me back, about 45 minutes later and after I explained my frustration, he agreed to have the workers be at my house exactly at 5 p.m. At 3:30 p.m., I received a call from my daughter that they were at my home. The plumbers did wait until I returned home at 5 p.m. and were very respectful about needing to wait. The Plumbers, Luis and Ray were fabulous and did everything in their power to make sure I was satisfied. They were respectful and efficient workers. My recommendation to the company is that they have a discussion with their phone employees to instruct them to be more flexible when they miss their entire 4 hour window. I would use Luis and Ray again, but I certainly wouldn't want to go through the schedule episode again with their employer!

Doing laundry on Sunday and noticed that the tub and shower (2 separate bathrooms) were filling up. I tried plunging (and plunging and plunging), but it did not unplug the drain. Water did eventually go down. I figured it was a problem to the main pipe and needed a plumber, so I checked on Angie's list and saw tat Superior Plumbing had good ratings, fair prices and friendly service (and weekend service), so I called them. From the time I called all the way until the final transaction, EVERY ONE was polite, courteous and willing to help in any way. They conveyed a sense of urgency, were excellent with follow up and willing to provide me additional info. and input with out the pressure to do additional services then and there. I was given the price up front ($200 if through the ground and $300 if accessed through the roof). I was advised that they were very busy on Sunday, but would still send someone out later in the day. The office called to inform that their original window of time to show would be changed (they called at the beginning - not at the end so I didn't have to wait around) and they called when Jose was on his way. Jose came and assessed the situation and agreed that he would have to snake it through the roof. His partner was going to meet him, but it was late and I suggested they do it next day (and I thought I could manage until next late afternoon when I got home from work). He was very flexible to my schedule. WELL, after he left I flushed the toilet and saw that i was starting to seep around the toilet edges, so the back up had reached capacity. I got panicked and called them back and said I would stay home from work if they came first thing in the AM. She was very very nice and said that she would schedule them for first stop and would call me when they were on their way - she did both. This time Edwin and Jay showed up. Very nice, professional, and friendly. They apologized for getting there at 0825 (traffic is super busy in our neighborhood at the time the came) and checked everything out. At the end, they honored the 10% discount I found on their site and gave me another $5 off. They thanked me for giving them the business and said call should I need anything with plumbing. They also said they could bring the camera by for $150 to see how bad my root problem was and if they did the work, they would deduct the camera price from the job. Overall, this was a great experience and I was pleased that I called them. and by the way, the rates are the same regardless of weekends or week days. They are very service oriented.

They were really prompt. I liked that. They seemed to do a good job. They seemed to be concerned that everything was being done well.

They have come out twice. They did pretty good job of time to time clearing the clog. I had to pay only $50 and the home warranty company took care of the rest. They were prompt and they were pretty upfront about everything. They were pretty good about getting everything done at one time instead of happened to come back at time. Their price was good.

I called Superior Plumbing and Jose Cervantes arrived about one hour later. He explained that he would have to tear out the wallboard in the laundry room in order to diagnosed the problem. We agreed to this step and he correctly diagnosed the various problems. He and a helper worked about four hours to fix the various problems in the laundry room and outside. They were both vary courteous and very careful to not soil our wood floors or leave a mess in their work area. The work was outlined in their contract agreement which we signed prior to the work beginning. The bill was exactly as had been presented prior to the completion of their work. There was a service fee charge of $49 which was explained by the office prior to my agreement to have them come out to the house. The wall board was not repaired which was also explained prior to any work being done. There were no surprises and the work quality was outstanding.

We recently purchased a house and it has it's short comings. One of the big ones is that it did not have a gas line coming into the kitchen. We prefer gas over electricity for multiple reasons. Since we have hardwood flooring over a concrete floor, the idea of having it opened up to run the gas line was a scary one. However, we have the furnace just above the kitchen. The first time I called Superior Plumbing, they sent Jose and Pepe to give me a quote for the required work. They were patient with me as I explained the work to be done and made the effort to check things for themselves. Unlike the first contractor I called, they did not assume that the line to the furnace is a half inch one. They found that it was 3/4 inches and we could extend the line and drop it into the kitchen. The other problem was a bent shower head pipe on the bath tub. The house has a huge bath tub installed (seemingly) by the previous owner himself. The shower pipe was hanging out of the wall at a weird angle. Jose and Pepe gave me a fair estimate of the work given the complexity and also let me know in advance the areas, they will be opening the walls up at. The only caveat is that Superior Plumbing does not do sheetrock work so once they leave, you need to get someone to fix the holes. However, they were upfront about it, so no surprises there. A date and time was scheduled. Pepe and Jose showed up on time and finished the job in 5 hours. They wore disposable shoe covers when inside the house to prevent dirtying the carpet and laid out drop cloths before they started working. Once done, they cleaned up nicely leaving us very happy. They are personable and genuine and patiently answered my questions related to everything that they were doing. They even gave us a 1 year warranty on their work. They are a little pricey but looking at the amount of extra effort they put in to get the job done right, it's worth every cent.

Jose arrived on time and cleared the drains. It appears there may be other issues and he informed me of my options. He will be returning Tuesday with camera equipment to figure out exactly what is going on. Jose Cervantes was the plumber sent and I would highly recommend him. Very personable, professional and explained everything to me.

I was very pleased. He was very punctual and when he was here estimating the work, he really took a lot of time and made sure he really understood what needed to be done. He considered different options. He was very punctual when he came to do the work and got the job done in one day so I was very pleased.

Nice guy. Cleaned up everything when finished. Fixed leak under sink for no charge. Best plumbing experience ever.

Vincent came out the day I called. He was thorough in looking over the issues, gave me an estimate MUCH lower than the competition. He was professional, honest, personable, and did a magnificent job! The price was nowhere near what the competition wanted to just eyeball the mess. In this economy, he was a true blessing! Thank you, Vincent!

It was 4 pm on a Friday afternoon, and we had just returned from a week of camping to discover the shower drain... wouldn't. So no shower for us until it was fixed! I tried three rounds of Drain-O and snaking the line myself, and couldn't get it. I finally gave up around 9 pm. Superior Plumbing answered the phone on the first try, with a real person. They promised they could be there in an hour. (Unlike other companies, where I either got an answering machine or was told they couldn't do emergency / evening service.) One hour and six minutes later, they were on the doorstep. The plumbers were very professional and very kind, considering I was messing up their weekend. They looked at my tub with 12 inches of standing water, then hauled in the professional power snake. They put down a towel to protect the rim of the tub, and I noticed they were extremely clean and took care not to get the drain contents all over the bathroom. After working at that for a while with no results, they set about diagnosing the location of the clog -- they turned on other faucets in the house and within 5 minutes had deduced the clog was somewhere downstream of the junction where the bathroom sink met the drain waste vent. This meant they could go in under the sink with the snake (closer to the clog and with fewer bends in the pipe). Superior Plumbing charges by the job instead of by the hour, so snaking a second drain location meant the charges rose from $150 to $195. But they told me the problem, told me the charges, and asked for my okay before opening the second drain. Ten minutes after that, all was well. They cleaned up everything in sight and left as quickly as they arrived. The only signs they'd been there: the drain was working, there was a barely noticeable scratch on the tub rim (despite the protective towel), and there was a small spot of mud on the bathmat. I'm handy (I do home renovations myself) but it was well worth paying these guys for their professional experience. They showed up with an hour's notice, found the problem quicker than I could have, had the right equipment, fixed it quickly, and all for a reasonable price on a weekend night.
