After conducting my own research, I found them to be a highly recommended company and their pricing was reasonable. The plumbers arrived the next day to perform the work and completed the majority of the job in one day. Noe came out to inspect and check on his workers - I found this very reassuring. Superior pulled all the required permits, completed the job in a timely manner, were very courteous and efficient. Moreover, they gave a 10 year guarantee on their work. Moreover, when I mentioned I was a member of Angie's List and had a coupon. They took $150 off the cost of the job. I would definitely recommend them and their work.

This was my first experience hiring a plumber. Not one, but two showed up right on time, Oscar and Rico, and they really knew what they were doing. They snaked the shower drain, then snaked the sink drain, then checked the water pressure outside for free. The company had a coupon on Angie's list to save me money, and the whole thing went very well. I'm planning on calling them back this summer to service some bad pipes in the garden, and maybe a little more work. I would highly recommend these guys anytime. Mary Sue Bucher.

Toilet backed, contacted Superior for estimate. Needed work done right away. They came out immediately and fixed the problem.

They worked at my old house and my new one. They were knowledgeable and fixed the stuff right the first time. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

On time, within the later end of the window. Took pictures of the leak, repaired it on the spot. Recommended some other work that I had them do at a later time. In all - on time, professional, competent. Good job.

Overall, it went very well. They were timely, professional, and willing to answer my questions. They broke open the concrete covering the main sewer line and replaced a 4 foot pipe. They explained everything to me before, during, and afterwards.

We realized that we had a leak somewhere in the kitchen or dining room causing damage to our hardwood floors. After turning off the water we called in Superior Plumbing. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, there was no extra charge and we even got a great discount because of Angie's List. The plumber showed up promptly and was very knowledgeable and respectful both to us and our house. He carefully explained every part of the process and quickly found and took care of the leak. We were very impressed with both the plumber himself and the company and their policies. His experience and knowledge helped us tremendously. A+.

Could hear a toilet running and couldn't tell if it was my condo or the unit upstairs. Checked Angie's List and saw the 'special' for Superior, as well as the comments about this firm, so decided to try them. They came promptly and said that the sound I heard came from the upstairs unit, but, as they were there, they replaced my shower sprayer with one that I had previously bought but couldn't install as I didn't have the tools, and also replaced the plastic 'plug' in my toilet as it periodically leaked.

Overall, it turned out well. But had the second technician not come, we would have been left worse off in our plumbing needs.

This started by me calling Superior to deal with the previously botched sewer cleanout when the plumber that did it would not respond. They quoted a fixed price and scheduled the work within the next day or 2 of my call. The work was done on time, very professionally and well cleaned up afterward. The did the work while I was at work, although my partner was there, and they treated her with respect - much more than women usually get in this sort of situation. The price was not the lowest I've seen, but was fair. I will definitely call these guys for any future plumbing problems that I cannot (or don't want to) fix myself.

I complained of foul odor in the family room and a saturated hole in the bathroom wall. Although I had paid the advance fee for service charge he said unless the sheet rock in the bathroom got cut to see what was happening he couldn't diagnose the problem. He charged a $100 additional fee to cut the sheet rock. After cutting away the sheet rock and insulation it was plain to see the leak in the sewer pipe. He gave me an estimate to fix that as well as the leaky upstairs bathroom toilet. I accepted the estimate and he fixed both problems. However, the foul odor I originally complained about didn't go away. I called them again to say the odor was still there and they promised they would send a tech out. When the tech didn't show at the time assigned I called the office again. I was told the tech had been delayed. When I complained that no one called me the receptionist apologized and said she would have the supervisor come out. Although he also came later than the time they gave me he was very thorough in his diagnosis. Turns out the odor was coming from sewer line gases from a dry p-trap in the family room sink. After running water in the sink the p-trap was filled so the gases were blocked. No more odor.

He was prompt and quick. Price was about what I expected

We had the drains on our kitchen sinks and laundry backup the day before leaving on Thanksgiving vacation. The house sitter was due in a couple of hours and we were worried that there would be no water in the kitchen. We called Superior on an Angie's List recommendation and got someone at our house in about 40 minutes. Luis Barrera was the plumber and he did a great job, super clean, explained everything and left about 70 minutes later and were all functional ==== Thanks Luis

We will use this company again for our plumbing needs!

Was more expensive than I anticipated but no complaints about the quality of the work

One cautionary note: When I showed Mr. Cervantes my print-out of the Angie's List coupon and wanted it combined with the labor discount as well as the senior's discount, he called his office and was told that only 2 discounts could be used.

After arriving nearly an hour after the time window that had been set up. they though they were to unplug a Adrian in the kitchen. I had to state more then once that it was the toilets that were clogged. There were two workers who quickly looked at the toilets and siad the cost would be $135 each to unclog them. I was more then a little shocked by the price. I had already paid a "discounted" call out fee of $39.00. after both toilets were unclogged, work that took less then 15 minutes I checked and both toilets were working fine. I asked the tech what the cause of the problem was and all he could tell me is that there is not enough force when the toilet flushes because of where the bowl fills. This was the first time I have had a toilet clog in my home let alone two at the same time I had tried a plunger several times as well as Draino and other cleansers. I was dissatisfied with this explanation but what could I do? the tech then went to his truck with his associate to make up the bill. I was astonished to see a bill of $270.00. I told them I though this price was outrageous. considering all the factors. They arrived late (nearly an hour late) the work took less then 15 minutes. I had already paid a call out fee and they could not truly explain what had happened to cause the back up. I stated my displeasure on the bill, then the tech went outside called his boss and returned with a lower bill because they were late. Late that month I recived a call saying they Superior Plumbing & Drain was going to place my bill under collection because they did not have all the credit card information to process the payment. Making a threat when it was there employee that made a mistake and did not get all information necessary to process payment.

The company response was immediate! I called on a Sunday and left a message and they called me right back. But I didn't want to face extra charges for a Sunday visit so they put me on for an early Monday call and arrived as promised. They had the parts I needed on their truck and were very professional, friendly, and quick. They gave me an esitmate before they started work. I am giving them a "C" on price on general principle. I think that everyone should make a living wage, but I think $700 is way too high! I'm sure other plumbing companies would charge similarly and I would say the same about them too!

The plumber came quickly and determined there was nothing to fix. He was very professional, but, since no work was done, I can't rate his service.

When I called they were able to come out immediately and give me an estimate. Then stayed to do the job all in one visit. Very professional and fast considering all the different types of problems involved in this job.

1. Superior came out and evaluated the issue. Provided a reasonable window to perform the service the next day.2. Came out the next day and replaced the water heater3. I called the the City for an inspection and the Inspector noted a minor issue which I reported to Superior Plumbing4. Superior came back out to evaluate the minor issue on a Friday evening and returned on Saturday to fix the issue. Caused slight damage to some drywall, which I reported to Superior.5. I called the City for a re-inspection for the following Wednesday and Superior sent a technician to meet with the Inspector at the house to explain the fix.6. The job passed inspection.7. At the same time, Superior also replaced the damaged drywall. Despite the re-work and minor damage, I am very satisfied with Superior overall.

They came when they said they would and did what they said thye would do for the price they said they would do it for. Can't ask for much more. Would've rated them an A but they forgot to remove the dishwasher knockout on the disposal and had to call them back the next day. They cam right away and fixed it, though. I'd call again.

The handle to the shower in our master bathroom had come off, and no amount of finagling would get it back on. Superior Plumbing and Drain Cleaning came out and fixed the problem promptly and professionally, and the shower works perfectly now. The serviceperson was actually a little early, but he returned ten minutes later as promised, and performed the job to our satisfaction, and without trying to upsell us. He was also very friendly and chatted with our little ten month old while we settled the bill. We would definitely use them again.

Awful experice. I feel like I wasted $344 today. Two plumbers came to diagnose the issues and that cost $29 since I signed up on Angies's list. They looked at the bath tub, dryer, and sink. They gave me an orginal price that was so high. I asked if they could do better so they came back with a bit lower price. Little did I know that I was being ripped off. My husband was at work and I wanted to get the sink working and be able to wash the dishes. They told me they thought something was stuck in the pipe and it would cost $135 to remove it. I said fine. Well, there was nothing in the pipe and my water pressure needs to be adjusted by the water company. Is this something they should of checked before they charged me $135? According to the water company, that is the first thing they should of looked at. Also, my bathroom stopper was broken. They told me it would take 2 hours to put in a new stopper. They wanted $210 for it and I got them down to $180. As it turns out, the part is a $10 part and the labor took them 45 minutes. I feel like I got ripped off! since they told me one thing, like it will take me two hours to fix the stopper, and it turns out it takes 45 minutes. I am adding a follow-up to this review. The water company came out and stated that the pressure is fine. I spoke to the gentleman for awhile and he told me to call a different plumber or use my home warranty. The plumbers did not check the pipes and clearly took advantage of me. I am adding a follow-up to this review. Superior Plumbing did reach out to me to work out a resolution. They have agreed to refund $135 charge for the kitchen sink. They were extermely apologetic and offered to come out again also. I can tell that they strive for great customer service and take all feedback very seriously.

We contacted our hazard insurance company about a leaking toilet, and they sent Superior out to identify the problem and address it. In their first visit, they used the wrong type of gasket/ring for a back-venting toilet, so it continued to leak. Granted, he did warn me that he had only worked on one once before, but most folks I know would ask somebody.When they were called back out to rectify the problem, the plumber initially told me it wasn't the ring leaking. When he went to flush and let me look instead, it was clear the ring was leaking.Then, he accused us of tinkering with the toilet and causing the leak, because some caulk looked new. When we assured him we hadn't touched the toilet, he more or less implied we were liars and that he would have to note that someone had worked on the toilet. Furthermore, he didn't protect the floors downstairs when working to fix the leak (no bucket or tarp to catch water). In short, not only did they not do the job right the first time, they tried to blame us for the problem - no doubt for some reimbursement reason with the warranty company. I will say that, though we weren't paying, their prices were reasonable, but I guess you get what you pay for.
