They came out two hours after we called them. We were very happy with the work.

The service provider also checked with my nieghbor who shares the pipe. He was on time. He explained exactly what he was going to do to address the problem. He was done when he said he would be. He wrote up the services provided clearly and in detail on the invoice. He fixed the problem, and he was a wonderfully low-key and pleasant person to work with.

Everything went great. They are a very professional company with highly skilled and knowledgeable employees. They always arrive within the time expected, and they get the job done right. I have contracted numerous plumbing companies over the years, but now Superior has earned my business for life!

We call the plumber at 1:30pm and t2 men arrived at 7pm . They were here for 2 hours. They had to cut 2 holes in the walls to locate the leak . They replaced the broken copper pipe and cleaned up the mess. We were able to print 2 coupons from angies list ;one for estimate/evaluation and one for $50 discount. They were efficient and cleaned up the area afterward. We now have black mold that needs to be taken care of. he referred us to another contractor for this work.

I have an older house with additions by 2 different contractors, so it was not a straightforward plumbing layout. The first attempt at snaking resulted in the coil coming out another bathroom's toilet and shattering the bottom.Hector the serviceman apologized and replaced the toilet (cost and installation)free of charge, although I could not fully blame him for the incident. He called for additional help, and they snaked this time from the roof vent. Job was completed as promised. Two days later the same sewer problem occurred, so I called them and they promptly sent 2 plumbers and 2 trucks that same day. This time they snaked from the street with a bigger wire with better success and I requested a diagnostic camera. The camera was invaluable and I highly recommend it. No charge for the second snake or service call, since they said the first service was guaranteed.. I will eventually require replacement of a pipe due to roots and I will most certainly call this company in the future. Be sure to use the coupons this company posts on Angie's List, it saved me $20 on the initial service call and 10% on the entire job.As an aside my neighbor contacted me that same evening, since she coincidentally had the same sewer problem I had, but the plumbing performed by a different company. They charged her $1100 just for the snake, no camera!

There prices were very reasonable. They were very professional and did not try and upsell us anything. They did a great job. We will be using them in the future. They are very helpful and answer my questions.

The job went well overall. I had to take some initiative in communicating with the company regarding how quickly the job was going to get done. I replaced the water heater because the old one stopped working so I was in a hurry; a bigger hurry than the company. I ended up getting the permit myself. I live in a modular home and had to get the permit through Sacramento. I'm not sure how long I might have waited for the company to get the permit. I called Sacramento and arranged for the inspector to come to my house and bring the permit application since I don't have a Fax machine. The application is not available electronically. This meant that I had to be available to meet the inspector, fill out the app, and write a check. This took time and coordination. Since the old water heater had leaked, the cabinet which is outside had to be dried and painted before the installation. Superior could not do this work and did not have someone they could recommend to do the work. I had to find someone to do this as I am an older woman who works full time and needed to rely on a contractor. I could not find someone through Angie's List, so I used another online service to find a person. All of this delayed the length of time without hot water. Superior did remove the water heater so the cabinet could start drying ASAP. Overall, Superior was a good company to work with. Their employees were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing--some more than others. All were polite and helpful. I wish they had shared my sense of urgency, however.

It went really well -- I was surprised at how quickly they were able to be here at my home. I called around 5pm on a Friday evening and they were here by 6:30pm! While the problem was not fixed that evening, the source of the problem was identified and I chose to think a bit more about options.

The service was good. I was not completely satisfied because during previous visits they had a little miscommunication. I will be calling them back for services.

They were able to send someone within hours of my call, and once Jose got here, everything was taken care of in less than two hours. Jose was very professional, clean, quick and his communication of the problems and his plan to get things fixed was excellent. Edwin the technician was professional and kept me appraised of the entire process. Excellent experience with this company, I will use them again for my plumbing needs.

We had a stopped toilet that we couldn't resolve ourselves with a plunger. Called Superior Plumbing and they were very prompt and fixed the problem quickly. Great service.

I thought the price was really high for the amount of work that he did. It ended up not being that good of a deal.

I called them Sunday night, they answered the phone and scheduled me for the next morning. They said it would be a minimum of $135, and it was very unlikely to go over that. The next day two guys showed up and said they wanted the 135 plus a $29 "service charge." I said that wasn't what I had been quoted. After they called in and messed around, they agreed to honor the $135. The two of them then messed around a bit more, then used an augur (probably I could've bought it for less than $135), unplugged the toilet in about five minutes. Then they retired to their truck to write out an invoice, which took another ten minutes. Then I paid them. Sheesh.

Plumber was Luis. He wore shoe covers in the house. Very much appreciated. He was very pleasant and professional. The job was completed in 45 minutes top. Would definitely use again.

Went quite well. I found them here and called and someone came out to do an estimate the same afternoon. They would've started work then but nobody was home (I gave them permission to wander around under the house to do the estimate), so we scheduled it for a couple of days later. They showed up early and immediately got to work. Both repairs look good to me.

Their technician was knowledgeable. He didn't have the part(s) he needed, so he had to run to Osh..I think he could have had it in his car, because his estimate was right. Maybe there are different types of the part he needed, but I wondered why the company doesn't let him carry the parts he may need. I didn't feel comfortable talking with one of the office people (young female) as I didn't feel I was respected as a human being. She wanted to just dump me what she thought was right, which was herself, and did not try to listen to me.

The technician was on budget and very good. I have dogs which proved to be no problem and the guy worked all day without a peep. He was great!

This was a very complex job overall. Our pump was located underneath a very small crawl space. The larger tank had to be moved to another area due to the size. Things were more complicated due to needing to work with an electrician to rewire the whole setup. Finally, we had to search for the clean out, which took a lot of time and investigative tactics. Throughout the course of several long, tiring days, Vince and Rudy were exceptional. They were thorough, thoughtful, courteous, professional, and made sure to do everything the right way, not the easy or fast way. Several times, they could have taken short cuts, but they knew how important this was to us, and did everything with much care. They went above and beyond and worked long hours, ensuring that they would get things done as fast as they could, all the while making sure the quality would be perfect. I tried to be completely honest with this review, and marked a "B" for punctuality, as I did have to wait a little for them to come on their initial visit. However, I now understood why they were late as they clearly take their time to be thorough and to provide quality work. They were definitely worth the wait! I was surprised at not only the quality of their work, but how much care and consideration they took to make sure our needs were met. Thank you Vince and Rudy!

Called to get an estimate on a new flexible gas line installation in my backyard for grill, fireplace and fire pit. They took all of my information and coordinated a time to visit which took about 15 minutes, then told me there is a service charge to come out?!?! A service charge is typical for a service call where there is diagnosis work, but not typical for a new installation estimate. I am not sure if the receptionist was confused or not, but I am a contractor and feel that a service charge is not appropriate for this type of estimate and if it is required, should be mentioned at the beginning of the conversation, so time is not wasted collecting unnecessary information.

Called and was advised that they would be at the home between 1-3pm, said I did not need to be there since the problem was outside of the house. The technician called me at 1:15 to advise he was at the house, he assessed the problem and told me what needed to be done. He gave a couple of options and the timeframe as to when the work could be done. Gave him the go ahead to do the work, paid over the phone. Got home just in time as he was finishing up. He gave me a thorough explanation of the work done, cleaned up the area nicely. Both technicians were very professional and polite. Would call again in the future.
