It was good. They showed up on time. They did the work. They put these booties on when they came in the house. It was very good and efficient. I think they were very timely, very courteous and they got the job done, so they were reliable from that perspective. I had no problem.

It worked out fine. What surprised me is that I did this on like a Friday and one of my showers things had broken. I have another shower in the house, so I didn't need it repaired immediately but sooner the better. Anyway, online on the Angie's List you can schedule an appointment. It won't let me schedule on weekend and so the earliest I could schedule turned out would be Tuesday. Bizarre, but I get it. I just put it on Tuesday. They called me within an hour and they had somebody out to the house in two hours. So I had my shower fixed in basically 3 hours after I got online to get the job done through Angie's List. The total cost was $229; it was $29 for the service fee and then it was $200 to replace the parts and fix the shower. They were quick. I liked the fact that they had somebody out the same day. When he didn't have the parts that he needed, a replacement part, he had to go hunting for, which he was more than willing to do and came back with all parts with the original cost. It didn't cost me extra for him to have to stop his job and then go run around to the different stores out here to try to find what he needed. So I appreciated that too. Honestly, professional, quick response and they fixed the problem. To this date I don't have any problem. He gave me that paper work that said it's guaranteed or whatever for 30 days, anyway. I just haven't had a problem with it. So, it's nice. There was nothing negative about the experience at all. I have accepted the fact that it was expensive. I worked out a couple of different ways and he was like $10 cheaper. There were two plumber deals online; one was $129 or something and the other was $29 and I went with $29 one. At the end of the day I think I probably saved maybe $10. $200 was what I expected to pay and $200 was what I paid. The guy was really cool and very professional.

Also explained the the correct replacement & price versus the "to get by" price. Called prior to comming to make sure someone was at home and was in their estimated time frame.

We had the company install new valves in our bathroom faucet handles which were leaking and also investigate and remediate our slow draining bathtub. Cause was determined to be an obstruction in the line, so they removed the toilet, snaked the pipe about 40ft and issue cleared, we were advised that the flange connecting our toilet to the floor was too tall and that a new flange would be about $450 (parts and labor, majority labor). We opted to forego flange at this time but had to have provider come back and investigate slow draining and backup of toilet 3 days later, they snaked our main line and said there were invading roots and possible pipe crack or other issue about 30ft down (middle of our yard) they could identify problem with fiber optic camera and sonar to see and determine location of issue for $250. We again opted to forego this for another time.

The service provided was fine. They came quickly and they were very professional. I thought that they were pleasant, clean and cleaned up the mess. It was lot more than I thought it was going to be but it clearly needed to be done because the pipe was in bad shape. I have used them on another occasion and they did good work for me. This is the third time I've used them, I was very happy and I'd recommend them.

This was the second company we had trying to fix the clog. The first company spent 4 hours and were unable to clear it. They did not even look for a sewer access. Superior Plumbing found the correct sewer access within half hour and had the whole job done in under two hours. I wish we had contacted them first. They were quick, efficient and professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did fine. There was no extra cost. They came and did what they needed to do and it all worked out okay. Nothing really stood out. The people were fine, they were neutral, they agreed to do what they needed to do, came and did it, and left. Nothing more, nothing less. The pricing was fair. The work was simple but they did what they needed to do. No hassles, it was fine.

He came all the way from Pinole (probably about a good hour drive.) He was prompt, on time and fair.

They were able to come out within 3 hours of my call. The plumber was kind, professional, and explained everything fully.

Superior Plumbing came to my house on 12/20 to replace the pilot lot assembly. After removing the burner assembly, the Plumber's found a broken sensor switch. Unfortunately, the part was not available locally. They contacted the manufacture in North Carolina to have the part overnighted to my home. On 12/22/2013, two other plumbers came out to install the new part only to find that the manufacturer had sent the wrong part. With Christmas approaching, they would not be able to get a replacement part from the manufacture until 12/26/2013. They called Plumber Jose Carvajal at home. He went to the shop and removed the needed part from a brand new water heater. Jose put our water heater back together and stayed until he confirmed we had hot water. We very much appreciate the extra steps taken by Superior Plumbing to make sure we had hot water. I can highly recommend the customer service and the skill of Superior Plumbing.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and I will definitely call this company again if I have plumbing problems.

They did a great job. The price was very reasonable. They charged me half of what they charged my neighbor for the same job. They came when they were supposed to.

I have not decided whether to use this company or not for the project. I am waiting for another price. They were very nice and this job is for the homeowner association I belong to. They just gave us a quote, but they walked around with us and discussed our problem. They charged us $29 for the estimate and I found them through Angie's List. They are good and arrived within one-half hour of the appointment.

It went very well. They were great. They were professional, reliable and on time; they were even early. They were honest and got the job done.

Superior answered my call quickly and politely. They had a crew out to my house in less than an hour. They did a quick and clean job of unclogging a pretty nasty kitchen clog. It took a 2nd crew to come out with a bigger snake, but they got the job done and were very professional and courteous all around. They also looked at a couple of other projects, provided reasonable quotes, and will get the work when we're ready to do it.

Gave me a fixed price for the job - did not take as long as it could have but fair. Obtained their service with an Angie's list intro coupon, and forgot to provide a second coupon we were also entitled to from Angie's list. I called their office after the plumber had left and they sent me the discount! Excellent customer relations - smart!

I had a good experience dealing with them. It was a difficult task because they're having problems with it and they stuck it out until they got it done. I was quite happy with it. It took quite a bit longer than I think they probably would have thought but they hang in there but they're kind of expensive and I used them on a weekend.

It went very well. They were on time, they were professional and they were under pressure to perform in a positive manner and I really appreciated their help. The price was reasonable. They deserved to be paid for their work. They did an excellent job. We haven't had any problems with it. They pro-actively called me to let me know that they were on their way.

They were super. He was fully qualified and very knowledgeable. There were no complications. The pricing was fair.

It went fine. I need to replace my sewer line, he had rootered enough of the roots out but it needs to be replaced because I'm sure it's cracked. He did that in about February last year and within 6 months I noticed that but it's nothing dire, it's not backing up anywhere but I can tell that it's a problem already again. They were fine, he came when he was supposed to, the price was reasonable, he mentioned that probably we were going to have to replace the sewer line pretty soon and that was fine. The cost was about $300, I got $29 credited because of Angie's List. I made the appointment, they came, we didn't have any problem because I mentioned the discount I got with Angie's List, that was fine, he came when he was scheduled, he showed me all the roots he dug out and he said it probably won't last long and he think we needed a new sewer line. When I started noticing a difference again in a year I was hoping I could put this off for another year but we have to do it pretty soon. When I do the sewer line, I would probably going to check Angie's List and look for bids.

We were basically not terribly thrilled with it. We had a leak, the first person came and he cut it, he couldn't get to it from the bathroom so he went into the ceiling from the kitchen but he couldn't get to it so I'm going to have to tear out the tile and then the person that came to do the new stuff for the new faucet after it was torn out connected the hot water in the cold water by the tub so we didn't have any hot water for 5 days. And so we then called them to come out, we thought it was the water heater and the guy came and discovered what it was when he fixed this new part and it didn't work. They didn't charge us the second time but 5 days without hot water was not wonderful. We're still in the process of getting our house back together after this major leak. It was exceedingly expensive for what it was. They were polite, they took care of the house and all of that was good but not having any hot water for 5 days had really affected my feelings about the whole thing.

Great! This is the second time I have used them. Both times Mark came out. Gave very good advice, was prompt and got the job done. The first time, my handyman said I needed to tear down part of my wall to fix my shower. Mark came and it took him 10 minutes to fix everything! So glad I got a second opinion!

I called tio inquire about services to detect a gas leak inside the house - confirmed by PG&E but my responsibility because it is in the houseline. Home Warranty service authorized outside repair but asked that a call be placed to them to give them the estimate before repairs done. I called Superior Plumbing and they told me they do not get "in between" warranty service and homeowner. I said I didn't need someone to submit billing on my behalf that I would be paying out of pocket when the repairs would be done but would be reimbursed under warranty. The condition was that the plumber call the warranty service and explain what repairs were needed. They refused. Again, all I needed was for them to come out, tell me the problem and give me and my warranty service an estimate of the repairs. I agreed to pay their trip fee and a simple phone call to explain the problem before repairing would have been all that was needed. They would have been paid in full on the spot. Very inflexible and not service oriented. Business must be good or the gentlemen answering the phone is costing this firm business.

The service was great. Timely and efficient. Not only did he make the needed repairs, but he pointed out some other potential problems with our plumbing and gave us quotes to have them fixed. My wife was much happier now that the shower is working properly!

The plumbing work itself was satisfactorily accomplished. They did a good job. The drain cover plate is held in by two screws. They stripped and broke the head off of one of the screws and did not tell me this had happened and did not fix it. I bought an Angies's List coupon for the work and they didn't credit me for use of the coupon on my invoice. I had to take time to call them to get it adjusted. They were apologetic and took care of it over the phone.
