I took advantage of a service coupon. My call for service was returned the same day. I called the following day and a plumber was available that afternoon and I was able to take advantage of their senior discount. He was on time and professional. Turned out to be the garbage disposal. I had already purchased one (figured I could take it back if not needed). Work was completed quickly and efficiently. I would use their service again.

BUT, these guys were great, promptly answered the phone and sent someone out that day, even though they were a pretty far distance from our town. Initial indications were that it was a utility company problem because they found wet earth around the very old water meter. They charged us a nominal fee for the service call. After the utility finally showed up and swapped out the meter they determined there was still a leak somewhere, between the meter and where the water main entered the house . . . Which meant it went under the front yard, a multi-trunk olive tree, much planting and a brick path. When we calle the plumbers back, their office manager was very sympathetic, arranged a visit the the day after New Year’s for a supervisor to come out and estimate the job. The supervisor showed up on time, gave a really reasonable bid of around $2,000 including a 10% “senior” discount, and scheduled the job for the next week. The crew showed up promptly at 9 AM as promised, worked throughout the day, wrapped up the job around 630 PM, cleaned up and were gone. I highly recommend them — they kept every promise they made, did a meticulous, professional job, charged reasonable prices, worked hard, were very responsive when we called

They were great, one of the only plumbers I could get out that afternoon. Price was very reasonable. Fixed issue at hand and have requested quotes on other possible issues.

Dora set up the appointment, the same day I called, between 11-1PM. Oscar and Brian arrived (after Dora called to say they were on their way) right around 11AM. After assessing the problem and giving me a reasonable quote, they quickly fixed the stoppage, cleaned up the mess (toilet paper, etc.), were professional, and friendly. I would absolutely feel safe with them in my home and am very pleased that I have found some skilled, trustworthy plumbers.

I was looking through the deals section because I was in desperate need of a plumber. I found the Superior deal and accepted it. I called at 11 am and the gentleman on the phone said he could get someone out to me today between 12-2....totally awesome!! The call came 45 minutes later that they were on their way and should be arriving shortly. Adrian and David showed up they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They explained what had to be done and gave a very reasonable quote. Everything was done including payment and they were on their way in 1 1/2 hours. My fears of calling for a plumber due to sticker shock have been abated. I will be calling these guys out anytime I need any kind of plumbing done. Thank you again Angies List and Superior Plumbing

Friendly over the phone, fit us in on the same day, received a call from field team when they were on their way, friendly in person and took care of the problem for a very reasonable price. They will be our go-to plumber from now on!

Job turned out to be a little more difficult than we thought. Rudi and Ignacio had to go under the house to clear the blockage. They're A++. Defantily would hire again.

They were extremely agreeable about my timing. They did not charge extra on coming out on Christmas day. They did a good job and I highly recommend them.

First day, Oscar and Brian arrives at time and looked at the work done. They provided estimate and mention that they need to purchase some of the parts. They ask to schedule for repair next day. I called office and schedule them for morning time next day. Next day , they arrive after the schedule time. They mentioned that they needed to buy the part that took time and also office schedule their stop over in between. That was not a happy moment. But the worked very professionally and deligintly explaining every issue they saw and make right suggestion. They also took care of small changes and small parts with no additional cost.

I was able to get scheduled for the next business day upon calling the business. Two gentleman arrived at the scheduled time. They wore booties on their feet while in the house and put down protective blankets in the area where the repair was being done to avoid mess. They explained what was wrong and gave an estimate after the evaluation. They told me how to thwart recurrence of the problem and to improve the drain system. So in addition to removing the clog, they changed the pipe design and added an air gap. They efficiently got the parts that were needed. The repair was successful. My only feedback to the company would be to encourage workers to be sensitive to customers feeling left out of a conversation if a language other than English or whatever the customer speaks is used while in the customer's home. If it's clear the customer understands the language, no problem. But if not, it's better to error on the safe side and make sure that while you are in ear shot of a customer that you use a language they can understand. In my case, there were some phone calls related to finding a part and then while doing the repair where some drilling was needed that were not in a language I could understand - and it made me anxious. I asked them if there was a problem or concern - to which they said no, but not being able to be in on all that was going on diminished my experience a little bit (e.g., A- instead of A) because of this.

The receptionist and the plumbers were all great -- efficient but not rushed, professional but friendly. The plumbers happened to be finishing up a job in town when I called, so they were able to come almost right away. They snaked the drain and replaced the p-trap. Everything is working great and we are very happy with their work.

After I called our local plumbing company and was quoted a minimum fee of $475 for them to come out, I looked on Angie's to find a more reasonable company. Superior was TERRIFIC!!! Their cost to come to the house was just $44!! They promised a call when the technician was on his way and they called! Jonathan was punctual, professional and got the job done. We couldn't be happier with the service we received!!

I called Superior Plumbing and Drain on 4/10/2018 and requested a plumber to replace an older toilet in one of my bathrooms. I told the representative that I would supply my own materials and would have it available when the technicians arrived. I received a call 10 minutes before my appointment time that the techs were on their way. Oscar and Brian arrived at 11: 58. They both were very professional and proceeded to work right away. They covered their shoes and removed the old toilet very quickly. I anticipated the job may take up to 2 hours because the rep gave a timeframe between 12-2. I admit that I over prepare because I purchased additional parts that were not needed but every thing was laid out for them to start. So I had to return some things. I was pleasantly surprised in 1 hour Brian and Oscar asked if we would like to inspect the finished job. The area was clean and not to gush over a toilet but it was beautiful! This was the second time I used Superior, they installed a water heater for us last year. I took advantage of the Angie’s List coupon also! I would use and intend to call Superior when ever I need the service of a plumbing company. Shirley Fisher

I called at 7am, and by 9am they were at my house (non emergency call). Oscar and his team came quickly, diagnosed the issue (turned out to need to replace the sewer access, which was expensive, but necessary), and fixed it all within one day. Oscar is super nice, very professional, very clean, and did a great job fixing our issue. We would definitely hire these folks again. The high cost came primarily from our outdated sewer access which blocked their access to the indoor piping to run a snake. Once they got the access installed, the clog was cleared in no time.

Julio was AWESOME! They came out on Saturday and were extremely professional, knowledgable, and provided superior customer service tips on saving water. I will use their services again when needed and highly recommend Julio and his company for your future plumbing needs.

O had a toilet that was clogged and I was unable to get it cleared with The equipment i had on hand. The workers arrived on time and the toilet was snakes out and quickly fixed.

Oscar and Ignacio came out the day before and gave us a quote, they were too busy to do all the work that day so they showed up the next morning on time as agreed. They installed a kitchen and bath faucet and we ended up redoing all piping under 3 sinks with ABS, replacing the old metal that was leaking. They did a GREAT job. All work was done professionally and correctly, they cleaned up afterwards and were both really nice guys. We couldn't be happier and would absolutely have them come back for other plumbing work.

Superior plumbing was great! Would work with them again for any plumbing need! They responded to my first email super fast and their call center was always there to answer any question that I had. I was given a courtesy call that the technician would be arriving, Technician arrived between the scheduled time and promptly figured out what needed to be done with updates as he went through his work. I am happy to have a leak free kitchen. service was great and would definitely bring them back if the unfortunate should occur again.

These guys are the real deal! Called on a Saturday after discovering our drains stopped working. They came out same day. It ended up being a much bigger job but they came out the next day and got it done. They even came out one more time on Monday (at no charge) with a pipe camera to make sure the job was complete. Their communication was great every step of the way and the guys took the time to explain the procedure. Their charge was totally reasonable and even their dispatcher was on the ball.

Outstanding experience from the initial phone call to Superior Plumbing through the entire process. I called on a Saturday afternoon and needing service, hopeful it could be sometime during the weekend. My information was taken and I was promised an immediate call back to see if I could be seen same day. Five minutes later I had a call back, was told the technician just finished a job and would be right to my house that day. Technician was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and explained fully what was done. I had used another plumbing business in the past and did call them first and was told maybe 3 or 4 days and good luck finding service. Well I did find service and a new plumbing service I will use going forward and recommend to my friends. Amazing service and experience! WELL DONE!
