Well, fellow arrived, checked bathtub drain-and it just worked fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not believe it!! He said happens all the time.

I called when our upstairs shower stopped running water. They quickly made an appointment and even directed me to the Angie's List deal which cut my initial cost to $29. The guys came out during the allotted window. They were friendly and professional. The did a quick assessment and were able to alleviate the problem easily (lack of use led to air in the pipes). It was a simple job, but I was glad they came and would use them again should the need arise.

We purchased a big deal to identify the source of the leak in the downstairs bathroom at my parent's home. They scheduled an appointment with my father to go to their home and inspect for the source of leak. At the appointment, they were able to identify the source of the leak and fix the leak.

My experience was excellent. Oscar and Jr. showed up on time, reviewed my toilet leak and then diagnosed the problem. Oscar fully explained the issue and gave me two options and discussed both of them in detail. We accepted the repair and they both went to work and got me up and running. They completed the repair in very short order. When he was finished, Oscar showed me the parts that he replaced and fully explained what the problem was. I found them to be very pleasant, personable, thorough, professional and neat. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and will use them on any future plumbing needs. Great job!

I was a little disappointed with the price. They changed me a lot of money and they were only here for an hour or so. I felt their customer service was kind of crappy as well. I was happy with how responsive they were and scheduling was fine. There were two technicians here doing the work. I would call around and get quotes first.

I used this for a video sewage check prior to purchasing a house. They were able to come the day after I purchased the big deal, and it took 30 minutes to complete.

Used introductory technician service call purchased through Angieslist to obtain service. Had water on floor and needed to determine origin of problem as source of leak was not obvious. Through this call I found the problem did not originate in plumbing lines. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs.

I use the service at one of my rental properties. They came out to look at a dishwasher and water heater. My wife dealt with them and was happy with the service.

Scheduling with them was pretty good. They were able to come out within a few days and they were punctual, arriving in the window they indicated that they would.

The technicians assessed the problem and fixed it on the same day. Also the technicians provided helpful suggestions to correct another problem not associated with their services. I was pleased with the service.

They were very nice, they did nothing wrong, we just wanted the plumbing job to be done and we didn't know we could get a plumber to come out on a Sunday, when we found one that would come today we called and cancelled our appointment for the plumbing diagnostic call on Monday. Our plumbing is all fixed now.

The work was performed professionally and complete that day. While not part of the bid, Jose also connected my existing sprinkler system to the new shut-off valve.

They are really good. I've always thought they were very fair. They've done a lot of work for me. They have put in sump pumps for me and a new sump pump drain out to the street. They've put in a new water lane from the street to my house. I haven't had them do things like re-plumb my house yet but I've called them when I had leaks. They've done drain cleaning as well. Not only did they put a new water pipe in but they did put a sewer pipe from the house to the street. They've always been very professional from the beginning when it was the owner who was doing half of the work but now he's expanded quite a bit. He has several people working for him. They are very professorial and they explain everything. They are very pleasant and I think their prices are fair. I have recommended them to other people.

Jose was great! As soon as my products arrive I will be setting up an appointment to have them installed. I am also going to have them replace the water heater too. I just need to do one project at a time.

Our usual company would not come for days, so we tried Superior. They started the job within three hours, needed a second truck for extra equipment which arrived within 1/2 hour of being called, and left the area neat-in the dark, at midnight! The guys were careful of our cork floors and paneled walls, cheerfully explained reasons for every step, AND their price was reasonable. I expect excellent service from Angie's List contractors, but this was one of the best experiences ever!

Everything went okay and still waiting to get the actual issue resolved. Plumber didn't have great communication skills and didn't speak very good english.

The sinks were installed just fine, however the sink plug upstairs was never attached appropriately and keeps falling off. The faucet handles were also not attached appropirately and keep coming lose. The pricing was reasonable. The staff was punctual and pleasant while visiting.
