The service went fine. They were very responsive and came out the same day I purchased the deal. I have not yet used the deal, however. I had them unclog a drain for me. Two technicians came out for the service. I really liked how quickly they responded to my call. They took their time on the service and did a nice job. They were also pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

It was fine. We didn’t have them do the work because we didn’t need to. We did the work ourselves and we appreciated their suggestion.

It turned out fine and they were punctual. Everything got fixed and they were quite timely. I did ask them about unclogging a different drain but I chose not to have that done as he indicated the only way to do that one was to use the same large machine and I felt it was too big.

Superior Plumbing and specifically their plumber - Omar- was absolutely fabulous. Our local plumber was unable to figure out how to install a new cartridge in our faucet and recommended we get a "second opinion". Well, Omar was able to easily figure out how to install it and did a perfect job. Omar was very knowledgeable, efficient and really nice to work with. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing - it was a great experience - we were very pleased with the work, and the price was reasonable. They will be our new "go-to" plumbers.

Plumbing service is fine. They did a good job. Their charge is nominal and seems very fixed so I was satisfied. I can give good reference and I would recommend them.

The technician came on time and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He was professional.

We called a plumber because we noticed that we had a small drip in our ceiling in the garage, directly below the kitchen island. The plumber checked for the leak in and around the kitchen island and could not locate a leak. He then suggested cutting a small hole in the ceiling the garage for an extra charge (which was fine with us). He determined that a cold water Pex pipe had a small hole in it and appeared to have been leaking for some time. He informed that his company did not work on that type of pipe so we would have to call another plumber, even worse, he informed us that we had mold. He gave us the name of another plumber and the contact information for the mold remediation people. Overall, we had no issues with the company and would use them again except we found out we have a certain type of pipes that their company does not work on. That is the only reason we would not use them again. They were punctual, courteous, and professional in helping us determining our issue.

They were running behind the schedule appt. time but called in advance. The plumber arrived before the rescheduled time. Very professional and efficient.

Called to get quote. Courteous but would not provide labor rates over the phone. Scheduled appointment to get a quote - serviceman on time but couldn't pinpoint leak. He suggested I call a leak detection company first. Leak detection pinpointed the leak rather easily (without the fancy equipment they brought). Called Superior to fix the pipe. They arrived within an hour of my call. Technician wouldn't give me a quote till the hole was dug and suggested I get someone else to dig it. I called my landscaper who had two guys there immediately to dig the hole. Superior then quotes a price that seems high. Since it is 4 days without water I say ok. He done in 4 hours and comes back the next morning to check the connections, fill the hole, and turn the water back on.

They snaked our drains and charged me per drain snaked. They had two technicians come out. The problem was not solved and I was left dissatisfied.

Everything went fine with them. They were very professional. They were very good. They were reasonable in price for what they have done.

It went very well. They are very nice and friendly guys.

I called at 7 am. The representative scheduled an arrival by 10 am and the person arrived before 10. The person was polite and professional. He examined different possibilities for the clog and answered my questions about what he was doing. He was careful not to get our house dirty, and found and fixed the problem.

Good recommendation: to redue storm drain system.

Service was effective, problem resolved. They left the bathroom very messy and made no attempt to clean up other than using their blanket that the snake was wrapped up with. The tub had sewer muck all over it when they were finished.

Two plumbers arrived, one experience and a trainee. I was told what they would be doing at every step and what the cost was for doing the work. They were quick in getting the work done and they cleaned up well too.

All 4 jobs were thru our home warranty service (which got an F review from me and I'll never use again). Nevertheless, every time Superior plumbing came out to the house, they did a great job. They carry a lot of stuff in their van and can usually fix things on the spot. If I had any complaint, it's that their prices are on the high end of reasonable. But in all cases, I thought their prices were acceptable. A four jobs that they've done for us have had zero problems since they've done the jobs. Their work on the toilet was impressive. The developer somehow did something that caused the floor installation to become a corroded, rusted, plugged up mess. Superior undid and redid that mess and installed a perfectly functioning utility. I will definitely use them again.

It was okay. They sent 2 people out to do the job. The cleanup was okay.

The experience did not turn out very good. They were very expensive. The deal was fine, but it was just for them to show up. I did not use them because they were very expensive.They showed up on time.

I have used Superior Plumbing before. They always try to make appointments around your schedule and call you if there is any change or the technician is on the way. The technician arrived as schedule, cleared up drain and gave me tips to keep it from backing up again. He also showed me how to adjust my toilet which was taking too long to fill. I will continue to use Superior Plumbing whenever I need a plumber.

Service went very well. Although I didn't get the call that they were on their way, Oscar and Alfonso arrived on time and were efficient and thorough, and they answered all my questions. Had a minor problem with the billing: I paid for the diagnostic service thru Angie's List, so my credit card receipt was for the service only. But the company also charged my credit card for the diagnostic it. Once I called them, they did issue a credit immediately.

Someone was sent the day following the initial phone call (pleased with this). He phoned to say when he would arrive, and then arrived earlier than estimated (pleased with this). He was courteous and when he went under the house he thoroughly inspected the pipes. The plumbing service used previously, the plumber leaned into the opening and shone a flashlight around. So I was very impressed by how thorough he was. He was careful to wear paper booties over his shoes to minimize tracking dirt. He did the work needed and did not dawdle. I was very impressed overall and would definitely recommend them to others. I will be calling them in the future.

I called and they called me back almost immediately and squeazed me in same day. They gave me a 2 hour window and I shared that the time window was all the time I had between appointments. They arrived an hour into the window which should be fine for a clogged sink. However, due to my 1960's janky plumbing the snake did not go to the clog, it went to the drain in the other sink. The plumber busted the P-trap in the other sink soaking everything under the sink (not 100% his fault). After I cleaned out under the sink, he fixed the P-trap at no extra cost. But at that point, both (and all) of my bathroom sinks were clogged and they told me the only way to clear it would be through the roof. We had to reschedule for them to come do the work through the roof. The original work was done on a Tuesday and the earliest appointment I could get was Friday, so I did not have a bathroom sink for 4 days. After taking Friday off to meet them between 9 and 11, they then showed up at 3 pm. I was annoyed for obvious reasons. After they spent about 10 minutes on the roof, they came in and told me the vents on the roof won't allow access so they would need to access the clog from under the house. They went under the house, took care of the clog and all for $265, not too bad. That said, before they left they did not want to warranty any of the work. After discussing it, we came to an agrrement that was then followed by the plumber throwing his hands int he air and mumbling something in Spanish not at a volume that I could hear. The workmanship was above average. The plumbers knowledge was good. The punctuality was comparable to a cable company. And they were mostly respectful until the last 10 minutes. I will probably not use them again based on a couple of the items above but I would not discourage anyone else from using them, since there seems to be plenty of positive reviews.

I had to book this appointment for mid-to-late afternoon due to my work schedule. The lady on the phone did forewarn me that they prefer to do appointments early in the day, as later appointments may be affected by unforeseen delays at the earlier appointments, which totally makes sense. Due to my inability to get the entire day off work, I had no choice but to roll the dice and stick with my late afternoon appointment and hope for the best. Low and behold there were delays earlier that day, so much so that they called me up and told me they may have to come out the next day, which I could not do again due to my inability to miss work. They worked with me and the inspectors arrived at nearly 6pm (I was willing to wait since I was already at the property) and performed the job flawlessly and with a great positive attitude. Vincent Esquivel was the supervisor that arrived to do the inspection, and he was more than professional and friendly. The service was performed as expected, and I even got a DVD copy of the video inspection. On top of that, the service normally costs $250.00, but thanks to an Angie's List promotion, I got $100 off that price. Even better! Extremely happy with their services and will definitely recommend to anyone interested, and will use their services again as needed in the future. A++++!
