I called twice to check pricing of Hydrojetting a main line, both times I was given a quote of $350 to $450 dollars. I informed them that I found them on Angieslist and she tried to get me to pay for a service call online right away. I declined and said I'd rather pay the service call fee when they get here. She said I have to get approval from my manager and put me on hold. She then came back and said that the hydrojetting service starts at $650. Strange way to conduct business.

I'm only doing this to get rid of the contant reminder to post this.

I am a returning customer, and have always been very pleased with this company. They were efficient, polite, highly responsive, very knowledgeable, up to code and very professional. Additionally, they have very reasonable prices. I was very satisfied with the work completed. I would recommend them to anyone.

I made initial contact for service on Aug 5th. 1.5 hours later they were at my front door! They seemed honest in their assessment of my existing garbage disposal- POOR! A new motor for a garbage disposal, in other words, a new garbage disposal, was required and they said that a disposals' motor should last more than the 5 years it's been in use. They replaced with an Insinkerator- not top-of-the-line, but hopefully a much better system. My only complaint now that I've had the new garbage disposal in use for 3 months is the rubber "collar" (for lack of a better word) situated above the drain hole in sink that catches utensils from slipping into the Insinkerator no longer functions. Not only that but when a utensil slips into this hole, which it does easily, the shape and size of this rubber piece masks the display of utensils or other items that should NOT be there. Before I start up the disposal I stick my hand in to make sure all's copacetic!

They had to access the sewer from the roof vent pipe which cost an extra 75. The cleaning was quick. The plumber was kind enough to reinstall the toilet free of charge since I had removed it but the rooting snake could not make all the right able turns to reach the sewer line.

While I rated them fair on timing because I was told that the plumber would come between 11-1 and it was after 3, this usually happens with any technician coming during a window for me, and I will still be calling on them due to the quality of work, integrity, friendliness, and price. My shower was dripping a lot for a couple months, and after repeatedly tightening the handles I eventually broke one of the washers and it was metal on metal, and the shower was barely useable for a couple weeks with just a drizzle coming out. The technician overcame the obstacles of vintage pipes, and I am now enjoying a shower again, and at $225 I feel like that was a fair price. He also told me what I suspected...that the last plumber I had tried to use through yelp for a free sewer lateral estimate who told me I needed to get $700 to get a clean pipe because he couldn't inspect my sewer lateral was trying to make more money, and they could have done it through the toilet. (I am going to give them a bad review on yelp as they had an oddly high rating). I definitely trust these guys..and I have plenty of future projects I need done.

They were amazing! They showed up within hours, diagnosed the problem quickly, and also they cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job and I will be calling them in the future.

I called Superior Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Services, to get a quote etc. The communications were easy and to the point. The next day, Vincent and Jonathan showed up within the time frame agreed upon (there was some back up on the freeway and they were concerned enough that they might me late that, they had the office call to let us know they were almost there - however, they made it on time). Vincent, listened to what I wanted fixed, repeated back to me my concerns and explained the solutions and options. We agreed on the price and he and Jonathan did the work in a quick, professional manner and cleaned up the area after. Vincent showed me the work and invited my questions or comments. Everything was fine. I have had many "Contractor Horror Stories"; as many of you have. It was refreshing to have a contractor show up on time, LISTEN to me, explain the options , do the work AS AGREED at the PRICE AGREED UPON and leave the area cleaner than it was before. However, it was not just for doing the job I rate them an A; it was because they did the job well - professionals.

According to my tenant, the technician was not there long, cleaned two drains and left a mess for her to clean up. The cost was $250 which is, in my view, excessive for the work that was done and the time that was spent. She had questions for him, because she's chemically sensitive, and he wouldn't, or couldn't, answer them. When he called to give me the estimate, I asked him to leave a receipt. I gave him my name and spelled it out twice, but my tenant had to spell it for him again. When I went to pick up the receipt (for tax purposes), the work was on it, but the price was not. I called a few days later to ask that a valid receipt be sent to me and I hadn't received it, 3 weeks later. I called again today and got Natalie. She promised to get it to me by Saturday. For the work that was done, I could have hired a handyman and had it done for less than $100. I hate to think how much I would have paid for a really serious plumbing problem.

I am so very pleased with my experience with Superior Plumbing and I highly recommend them as a plumbing contractor. They were professional at all times, conscientious to complete every detail in a timely manner. Their comportment and attention to detail reassured me in choosing them to do the work from the time they first presented themselves through the end of the two-day job. The Office Supervisor telephoned to confirm appointment time and my satisfaction with their work after the job was complete. Viincent and Jonathan arrived promptly at the appointment time scheduled. Vincent introduced himself and his assistant and presented his business card. He and his assistant donned shoe coverings in order to not track any material into the home. He scanned the plumbing system to inspect and identify the problems. He provided live video scans that clearly identified problems and the perfectly completed work when done. He provided a written description and estimate of costs for the work with options for my consideration. He answered all of the many questions that I had and took care to patiently explain every detail to my satisfaction. All of the work was completed expertly and within the schedule and pricing to which we agreed. It required a great amount of digging and removal of landscaping. Once the work was done, Vincent and Jonathan cleaned the work site and returned the landscape seamlessly to its original state before the job began - amazing! Upon completion, Vincent reviewed the work that was done and performed an inspection with me to verify all of the work was done and to my satisfaction. I must say that all of the work was exceptional and that Vincent's and Jonathan's work exceeded the highest professional standards. I will only call Superior Plumbing in the future.

It was good. They were really good at follow up and the toilets are working fine. They did a good job.

We had just lost my mother and we were working at her house when the downstairs toilet backed up. We called Superior and they came out right away. They sent a camera down and the sewer line had breaks in it and what was worse the line went under a brand new shed that my mother had just built. Vincent came out and explained to us how they would fix the line without taking down the shed. The cleaned out the line and marked the property for gas and electrical lines (USA.) They filed the permit with the City. Within a day or two their crew came out worked all day digging up the T joint and put in the new trenchless sewer line and also a pop-off valve which is required now by most cities. The crew was on time, did all the clean-up, and were really nice guys. I have used Superior three times--once for this job and twice to have a sewer lateral inspection done for two homes that we have sold. I would definitely use them again. Another good guy there is Noe. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

WE had an emergency toilet overflow. They came out right away and told us that there was no clean-out opening large enough to use a video camera to see where the problem was. Since we needed a new toilet, it was decided that they would come back and install a new toilet and while doing that, try to put the camera down the toilet to assess the sewer line. They were able to use the video and found roots clogging the line and removed the roots, then installed a new and convenient clean-out and a new toilet. A couple of weeks after that we called them when we had a fast leak in our bathtub. We had never been able to find a way to shut off all the water to the house except for the EBMUD shut. off in the street. The plumbers waited while we called EBMUD and had them come out and turn off the water. Then they fixed the leaking bathtub and also found the main shut off valve after much hunting. These guys are excellent and do their utmost to be helpful.

I got to say Omar, the plumber, found the cause of our toilets back up. Without removing the toilets he showed us where he thought our tree roots might be the problem. He used his 100 ft snake and used it only on the drain that was outside of the house. We was surprise when a huge chunk of tree roots (about 1 ft long) came out. My husband hadn't realize the drain went in the tree direction. He said someone told him the drain curved to the left, not the right near the tree direction. So, all these years of removing the toilets to snake the clog plumbing were probably unnecessary. it's been two weeks and we haven't had any problem.

Superior plumbing's office staff was very professional and accommodating. I was looking for a same day appointment if possible and they were able to not only offer a same day visit, but even at a time that would work with my hectic schedule. They sent Omar who had received excellent review's on Angie's List so I was at ease when he arrived very near the beginning of the two hour appointment window. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. A small touch, but one I appreciated is that he put on shoes covers before he entered my house. He didn't ask me if I wanted him too (which can feel awkward) he just did it! It was a nice touch. He looked at my hit list of plumbing issues and then he gave a price for the major items. We settled on fixing the shower and this was done in a prompt, clean, professional manner. He showed me exactly what was wrong, answered all my questions and even though it was a quick and easy fix for him, I'm not sure another plumber would have been so straight forward! Because I'm interested in home repairs, he gave me tips along the way for caring for our home's plumbing issues. I would have Superior Plumbing back in a heart beat and wouldn't hesitate to have Omar tackle any of our plumbing needs. BTW, he also showed me where our water shut off valve was, something I had wanted to know but didn't and explained exactly how to shut it off and tips for turning it on again to keep air out of the line. Omar gets TOP ratings from me!!

It went great. The last plumber we had working on our system has done damage to the pipes. We were informed of best next steps and given an estimate for future work.

I had a backup in my kitchen sink. I called Superior and they diagnosed it as a broken garbage disposal. They gave me an estimate for a new one. All is well. They're always prompt and professional.

Jose is the Man! He worked all day at getting my house back in great working order. We'd just had the house repiped and found a leak under the toilet. Jose diagnosed the problem and got to work and didn't leave until all we well with me. He went the extra mile and tightened up my bathroom sink which was not secured properly. Superior Plumbing has done work for me in the past and I've always been more than satisfied with their work and prices.

The plumber was professional, tried to adjust my faucet. He had me call the company that made the faucet, and now I have the repair parts at no charge. I may try to install otherwise I will call this company back

Serviceman took the time to explain and rate the various brands. He also took the time to explain the various size motors and their capacities. Serviceman was neat, clean, polite and VERY knowledgeable. Superior Plumbing in Pacheco will always be our vendor of choice for plumbing needs.....!!!

I called telling the receptionist that I had developed a leak in my toilet. There was a plumber here within an hour. He identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour .He also adjusted the water level so the toilet would flush with a minimum amount of water. I have no more leaking toilet and am saving water.
