The installation went very well from quote to finish, the only issue arising with rescheduling our first appointment for the following week due to appointments before ours running long. They were professional in this matter and very trustworthy in terms of estimates considering the other plumber I received a quote from estimated this would cost $4500 or so because our pipe wasn't "standard diameter" - huckster. Love having our new stove in place, and to literally be cooking with gas!!! Thank you Superior :)

Seeing the bathtub backed up with water was frightening and concerning. I went to Angie's List and read the excellent reviews on Superior Plumbing. They offered Saturday and Sunday appointments and coupons from Angie's! Cesar arrived promptly, he was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and could not have provided better quality customer service. Every homeowner needs a trustworthy plumber and based on my experience with Superior Plumbing, I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Angie and Superior Plumbing!

I spoke with them today, and was told that they would be here from 1-3pm. At this time, we have waited and not heard any communication about when we can expect the technician to arrive. They didn't even have my order in the system, and I am very unhappy about the level of customer service.

It went fine; nothing different or complicated; he showed up; he snaked the line; he left.

I read the reviews by others about the company and purchsed their $29 service call deal (before discount is $49). I sent an email through Angie's list mail system and provided 3 time schedule slots. I waited for 40 minutes then sent another email adding my phone and the city I live in. To my delight, they called me very shortly and said they can come between 3 - 5pm. I was not available at 3:30pm, they were able to proposed 5 - 7pm. By the time I came home about 4pm, there was a voice message that they are on their way from their previous job and if they can come early. This works out perfectly as I prefer to start early. They get A+ for timing and scheduling. Once the two person team arrived, we went through what the problem was. The lead person was able to diagnose the problem and get to work right away. He told me the cost is $150 for the procedure. Honestly, I do not have any other experience to know what this type of procedure cost. He spotted where the overflow valve was and operated the snake through the opening (he used a torch which his assitant explained this is to open the valve), Though I was concerned the pipe was broken, they seemed to know their plumbing well, and told me in decisive term that it was not. The snake procedure took less than 15 minutes, and the drain was opened. He tested the sink to make sure it was draining properly. (By the way, there is a 30 day guarantee) He proposed that I buy a "BioSmart" liquid solution from them for regular pipe maintenance for $49 (about 1 gal). He said it is safe for all drains, his company has been selling this for 10 years without complaints. I bought a bottle. I was happy with how effecient and non eventful everything went. The two guys were professional and easy to work with. I would use them if I have future plumbing needs.

It didn't go very well. I could have got this estimate for free from a different plumber. They also wanted to charge me $200 to have the service completed.

They did an excellent job. They did a little extra work and repair for no additional cost. I just thought that they wanted it done right and replaced an extra valve so that they would be all done behind. They do fixed fee, which was probably a little more than it should have been. I would tell others to be repaired for fixed fee repairs, which seemed a little excessive for what normal hourly services and parts would cost. But they did a good job.

Superior temporarily stopped the leak in the kitchen by replacing one piece of the faucet, but it started up again a month or so later and a different plumber discovered that I needed to replace the entire faucet. I wish I would've known that from the beginning. It ended up being more costly to have it serviced twice and replace parts twice. Just to note--- I never informed Superior that the leak returned. Maybe they wouldve come back for free, who knows. Besides that, they were punctual and responsive.

The service went fine. I do not think that in the end the price I paid for the deal was applied to the service I got and I had to pay an additional fee for the job. They diagnosed an issue with the drain and fixed the problem. One plumber came out and completed the job in about 30 minutes. He was competent and friendly. He was also an efficient worker and was good at cleaning up after himself. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they were responsive.

Good Service guy was very nice and honest. I've called them out again to unplug the main sewer line that plugged again since last November. Will give update once job is done today.

I have not yet used the service, however I do give the company an A for their responsiveness and professionalism.

I like them a lot. I use them actually very frequently but obviously did a good job every time. They're very professional. They stand by their quotes. They're very courteous, very clean and definitely very transparent about what they're gonna do. They talk to you about what they're gonna do.

It worked out fine. They did some nice work for me. I wanted them to come out and I didn't want to pay a fee for a second opinion. I decided to have them do it. They were more reasonable. They were prompt. Price was reasonable. Their advice was on the money. They were exactly what I needed. I've had no problems. They were logical. I needed quick service and they were that.

The work went very well and the plumbers politely and thoroughly answered all my questions. I'll be using Superior Plumbing again.

I wanted to make sure that Superior Plumbing got a good review for the work they did in my house. The plumber came in and fixed the leak that was coming from the directional handle in my bathtub handle. He was very professional and fast. I highly recommend this company.

They came to look at the garbage disposal and told me what to do. They sent 2 plumbers who were at my home for about 10 minutes.

I had a cast iron waste line which was corroded and needed to be replaced. The workers were really nice and I thought it was great that they helped me keep a sense of humor after giving me the bad news regarding the amount of pipe which needed to be replaced. They did a great job, and they left the work area neat and clean. I have used this company before with great results and would happily use them again. I would recommend this company to friends and family. A+++

The Wednesday before Thanksgiving our sewer pipes backed up again (the third time this year.) We have been having problems now pretty regularly for three years and have had terrible experiences with rooter services and plumbers alike. Finally I called Superior and they not only came out during the time window they promised, but the fixed the problem quickly, for less than 1/2 of what we spent previously AND they didn't leave a mess behind. Our out of town company thought we were crazy for being thrilled with a plumbing service! The following week we scheduled them to come back out and finally put the camera down the line to see why we are plagued with backups. They identified the problem and gave us three alternative solutions, with various costs and times to repair. Again we were so happy with the service, we have booked them to make a repair and hopefully solve our tree root problem. They are prompt, reasonably priced and seem to know what they are doing. We are very happy customers.

Omar from superior plumbing was very knowledgeable as I explained what was happening he knew the issue off the top. Very professional in how he explained the situation and the solution. Within 30min we had the leaky angle valve replaced and the leakage was fixed. Great company to work with, as they will be my plumbing service to go to at my property from here on out. A++ service!

Work was well done. No complaints when additional repair jobs were suggested, However, I believe the price was high.
