Samayoa Landscaping

We had a huge cedar fall in last year’s high winds. It left our backyard planter beds, retaining wall and concrete patio destroyed. Roselio and his crew took out the gigantic stump, rebuilt brick retaining walls and planters with wood fence on top and poured a new patio. Incredibly hard working crew, great work, especially on brick. Looks fabulous and have recommended to neighbors.

The service was very detailed and on time. Roselio and his crew were able to take care of an extensive front and backyard, which includes many bushes, trees, and plants. I have been using Roselio and his team for the past several years and we definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an efficient, landscaping and gardening crew.

It went smoothly. I let Roselio know that I’d be interested in having some steps dug out and installed in our sloped back yard. He let me know his availability and worked with me on price. He was available for the work the next day, so I took him up on that availability. He was running a few minutes late and texted to let me know. He showed up not long after that with materials and laid out the job. His crew was nice, efficient, and clean. They got the job done in one day and we’re very happy with the result.

Poor communication.No commitment.

First of all, ROSELIO SAMAYOA is rarely on time and for the last two months he has NOT been keeping his appointments, he doesn?t show up and then he would call the following day with an excuse, we have also discovered that for the past six months instead of taking the greens to the dumpster, they have been dumping the greens in the further side of the yard where they thought that we would not notice, when I confronted ROSELIO SAMAYOA he said that he would come and clean it up. ROSELIO SAMAYOA never showed up and refused to answer my calls. I am very disappointed in SAMAYOA LANDSCAPING!

We hired Roselio when our original nurseryman abandoned us. Roselio met us at a different nursery to transport the plants we purchased. He and his crew began to remove some of our old plants as well as an old stump that we hadn't previously discussed. They did an amazing job on everything. He was careful to position the new plants exactly per our instructions. He also put in a new irrigation system and took time to make sure we understood how it all worked. Roselio's price was very reasonable, he was easy to work with and we've hired him to do maintenance for both front and back yards. I highly recommend him.

They did a great job. They were prompt and very sincere and did a great job.

Roselio and his crew were wonderful!! They are such good workers and did it all cheerfully because it was very hard work. They followed directions and even though there is sometimes a language problem with the workers, everything was still done as we wanted it. We feel Roselio uses good products and knows a great deal about irrigation. The crew cleans up very well after each stage of the job and went the "extra mile" to make us happy (like moving plants after they planted them and we changed our minds about where they should go)! Roselio also knows a lot about plants and was able to transplant existing plants successfully. We recommend his company and in fact, our next door neighbors will be using him this week after seeing our successful project! It is nice to find such a hard-working, conscientious company as Samayoa Landscaping!

We found Samayoa Landscaping on Angies List, and are so glad we did. The sod part of our yard is about 900 sq feet and we got quotes from about 4 people, ranging from crazy cheap to ridiculously expensive. Roselio provided a competitive quote, then started the job the following week. The team removed our old sod & soil then added new soil with gorgeous sod on top. Turns our irrigation system wasn't up to spec, so he very kindly upgraded the system at no charge (we bought the materials). The team is hardworking, honest and left our entire yard in better condition than they found it (especially hard considering the everything was removed then installed by hand via our gate and front garden) After being nickel & dimed by other contractors, we appreciate they didn't start adding on "extras" to the quote or try to up-sell. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. A month later our sod looks wonderful, Roselio has even been back a couple of times to check the watering & condition of the sod. He will be our 1st call for all our garden needs from now on, thanks Angie's List and thanks Samayoa Landscaping - our yard looks like a page from a magazine!

We called after finding his name on Angie's List and he promptly answered the phone. We made an appointment, for which he was 10 minutes early, and he gave a very fair bid for the job. Within a week the work was done. His team did everything in one day.

Samayoa Landscaping was reasonably priced and did a good job. They were professional and he did everything that I asked him to do and some and his price was reasonable. I was pleased with him and I don't have any complaints at all.

As always, the crew works quickly and efficiently. They trimmed all of the trees, removed all of the trimming, and left the grounds in great shape.

Their work has always impressed me with the quality. This latest work was no exception. They did the lawn and all of the necessary pruning and removed all of the cuttings so well that I could not tell that they had been there, except, of course, for the lawn and the bushes looking so good. They also replaced a sprinkler control valve that had stopped working. Have used them for many years and always been happy with their work. So happy, indeed, that I have recommended them to many friends and business associates and they are now doing all of the yard/tree maintenance at a school I work for. Everybody who has used them is very happy with them.
