+ -1 moreHe did more than what he was asked to do. The job went very smoothly. He fixed 7 different areas of my carpet, and I had only asked for one. He gave me an estimate ahead of time. He gave me a receipt after the work was done. I called him, and he was able to come out that day. This was my first time using him, and I would highly recommend him to other people. He would be my first call if I have any other carpet needs. He was the least expensive of the 3 people I called.
Description of Work: They came out to fix some frayed ends on my carpet.

+ -1 moreRon was amazing, courteous and very professional. He explained what needed to be done, how he was going to do it and how long would it take. How work is excellent and the carpet looks brand new and spots are gone.
Description of Work: Removed bleach spots from the carpet.

+ -1 moreRon used a special new carpet cleaner solution that took out the grease and dirt. He used a powerful (portable) cleaning machine to draw the moisture out. The carpet was fully restored in color and we had him do the rest of the house including family room, living room, and halls. We are very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: We called Ron to replace a large section of dirty/stained carpet in the kitchen area. He instead suggested that he could clean the carpeting and bring it back to a more acceptable condition. He felt that splicing would show an obvious mis-match with the other carpet sections and the seams would jeopardise the integrity.
