+ -1 moreReynaud's was very throughout, as they fully inspected my old machine, pinpointed the problem as a failing transmission and determined that it would be more cost efficient to purchase a new machine. They also gave a recommendation as to the best brand and type of purchase. The assessment included the replacement of a few hoses to sustain use of the old machine through the selection process. I was very satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: Assessed problems with my old washing machine and whether it was worth having it repaired vs getting a new one.

Description of Work: Raynard called back on a Sunday regarding a broken refrigerator when no one else was responsive, and persisted until we made contact. For various reasons, someone else ended up doing the repair, but Raynard had friendly and excellent advice. Will definitely turn to him first next time.
