+ -1 morei am 75 years year old, recovering from astroke,; on November 7, 2019, the locks on my front door broke(it is an old house); they came.....1) they over charged me 2) they would not give me an itemized bill for their work 3) they would not give me a warranty. They charged me $716 for two lock and an hours work......later while engaged in a text conversation with the owner( i got his number from the business license office he called me a *****......this is a great locksmith if you are a racist and a neo-Nazi

+ -1 moreLevi came by yesterday to see if he would be able to help us, and to take measurements. He came back this evening with the new latch and finished everything in about an hour. Levi was punctual and professional. He gave us a call with an ETA when he was on his way, both times. We feel that the final cost was fit the quality and timeliness of the work. Someday we're hoping to call him back to have him add a deadbolt to our gate. Thanks Levi!
Description of Work: They replaced the latch for our sliding back door to make it lockable with a key from outside. They also added a door knob to a shed door so that we could close and lock it with a key (all we had before was a super old latch thing with a missing key).
