+ -1 moreCut down and deposed of tree. Tree was next to and overhanging house and next to concrete walll over hanging neighbors yard.. Tree was cut down without any debris falling into neighbors yard. My side yard had 8 inches of dead leaves and other debris when they started. When they finished, the yard was absolutely clean with no evidence tree had ever been there. Whole job took less than 45 minutes. Price was with discounted with coupon and based on minimum charge of $600. Company specializes in huge trees in difficult sites.

Description of Work: Mark was very knowledgeable and responsive, and contacted me right away when I called for a survey and estimate. The work was fast, and professional. Owing to how quickly things moved from when I signed the contract and the work was done, it wasn't communicated to leave some of the wood for firewood. But that is completely understandable and in no way diminishes the quality of their work. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Thanks to Mark at M&M and his estimate, I was able to get a permit from the City of Pinole to legally remove a redwood tree that was ruining my neighbor's retaining wall and lifting up concrete in my yard. It was a 35 yr old tree, 50 ft tall, and the whole job was done, including grinding the stump, chipping the branches, sawing up the trunk, removing it all, and raking up sawdust in 2.5 hours or less. 9-10 men worked hard to make this happen. The guy in the tree cutting off branches was awesome. Everyone was nice. No damage to my fence, house, or yard, nor to neighbor's property. I recommend Mark and his team at M&M.

The crew unintentionally caused some minor property damage, but the company took care of this quickly and professionally. The price was very reasonable for the work. We would certainly use them again.

+ -1 moreThis went so smoothly. I was nervous as this tree was very close to my brand new addition and new roof. So I called many tree companies this one called me back with one hour. The girl in the office was professional and understanding. The arborist came out was knowledgeable and informing. The crew did the job and left my roof and yard cleaner that before they came. I received the nicest homemade thank you card from the office staff.

+ -1 moreThey changed the date they said they would come out. Then the estimate was way too much. His estimate for taking out one large bay, one small spur and a small pine was $1900 and was $400 to $500 more that two other comparable tree services. So we used another service

+ -1 moreTHE TREE COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB REMOVING THE EUCALYPTUS TREES. IT GAVE THE EXISTING TREES A LOT MORE ROOM TO GROW AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
