Description of Work: Great job but I still want Chem Dry to create or find better spot treatment chemicals to address high traffic areas so when carpet is cleaned it is truly white and bright.

Description of Work: Cleaned two rooms of wall-to-wall carpets, both light-colored. One was especially dirty since a lot of construction workers tracked dirt on it as we underwent renovations. The rooms were vacuum then cleaned using "chem-dry" process. After few hours, the floors were ready for us.

 + -1 moreI like that within an hour or two you can walk on your carpets and they aren't wet. You woudn't even know I had my carpets done from that aspect. They are always punctual and come when they say they are coming. They are very professional and I am pleased with the price, however I haven't really used anyone else to compare them to.
Description of Work: I have used Chem Dry for 30 years for my carpets.

 + -1 moreI was satisfied with the work they did. They were reasonable and very professional. They did a good job on the carpets and their quality of work I think was very good. I have no idea how much they charged us though.
Description of Work: They did the carpeting in our entire home. They worked in all the rooms and some stains were targeted which were successfully removed.

 + -1 moreRarely have to wait very long to get an appointment time that works for us. Very good work- extra time and attention to spots and stains, though they don't always come out. We have dogs and they are good with them. Cheerful and helpful. They place heavy upholstered furniture up on little blocks of foam.
