Description of Work: Provider got enough information before coming out on the call and had the parts with him. He diagnosed the problem exactly and had the TV working like new in less than 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable about Mitsubishi TVs. Answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of info about different types of TVs and their quality. Saved me a lot of money as I was ready to go out and buy a new big screen TV to replace the one I had. Now I don't need or want a new TV.

We didn't have any dislikes. We really enjoyed the guy. He was really friendly. His customer service was really great. He was very professional. He came in a uniform with a name badge. I'm not sure but I think it was his company. I think he was the owner. He knew his skill and trade. He was really good at it. He was able to get parts at really cheap prices. He has been in his trade for a very long time. He was an older guy. I would hire him over another company; because he was very professional, and customer service is very important to us. A lot of times we hire companies and they send out a subcontractor. When that person shows up they are not in a uniform. They don't have name badges, and you don't know who the heck they are. But, this guy we knew because he always wore a badge and uniform.
Description of Work: We used him twice for TV repairs. He changed the liquid for the color bulbs, and the other time he changed the light bulb in the TV.
