From the time I first had contact with CP Electric...it's been a 5-Star experience. The return phone call is within about 30 minutes and the visit with Chris, the Electrical Genius was excellent. His diagnostic skills and plan to restore service on one line that had gone out was excellent. The service call was quick, and handled in a clean and efficient manner. I gave him some additional work for preventative maintenance. I just made my 2nd call to Chris about a year later for another problem. It's a pleasure to work with a consummate professional. The results EXCEEDED my expectations. It must have been tricky for them to deal with all of the the old wiring, old boxes, and old conduit. The end result looks GREAT. I'm already planning my next project, and I WILL be using CP Electric again.

It went very well. Joseph patient, knowledgable and answered all of my many questions. He arrived on time and did the work as expected and conducted himself in a professional manner. He was also readily available to answer my emails and texts even when they were sent at very late hours. I will definitely be considering them for any future electrical work I need done. The photos I took are only of the outside work. His indoor work looks just as great.

CP Electric gave me, via email with photos and prices, three options for replacing the fixtures, and promptly answered all my questions regarding the options. I chose the 4-ft. LED light fixtures. CP gave me a price for the completed job, arrived promptly at the appointed time, worked efficiently, treated the contents of my garage with respect, and finished the job quickly. I really like these new LED fixtures! They produce just as much light as the old 8-ft. fluorescent fixtures without that annoying ballast hum. Thank you, Mr. Perez, Mr. Corona and Assistant!

Slow to schedule. Unpredictable last minute scheduling. Over abundance of text messages to get When wanting payment. Asked for quote, scope of work, permit, and warranty before making payment, but got overwhelmed by text messages from them asking for payment. Once payment was received never responded to my text about warranty, quote, permit, or scope of work. Did not tell us he didn’t do stucco work and didn’t tell us we were going to have a big hole in the wall from the new panel. Didn’t tell us to prepare to hire a stucco guy, just left a big hole around the panel and only told us after we asked. The quote and scope of work, permit, and warranty may have helped us understand this.
