They arrived before the scheduled time but checked with us first. This worked out better for us. They worked efficiently, got us moved in the scheduled time. They were careful about our furniture and our home. Highly recommend them.

Intentionally took longer than needed. Smoked on my furniture. Did not put items back together correctly. Left a huge mess in both locations. Scratched and dinged items. Not a great moving experience.

Hired another mover, but they had to cancel out 24 hours before my moving day. Contacted Top Movers Global, they were fortunately open. They came on time. Quite efficient in packing and loading truck. Also efficient in unloading. Very agreeable to deal with. Professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Moving day is always stressful. All Stress was immediately quelled when Bob introduced himself and his crew, to go over all the charges and sign the appropriate documentation, upon arrival on our moving day. Everything was exactly as quoted by the office the day prior. The crew was appropriately outfitted for the current pandemic and was very attentive to the times we are in with respect to that. We felt very comfortable with our interaction at all times. The 3 member team worked in harmony with one another to make as much efficiency as possible. While most of our goods was office equipment and files their handling of our items was like it was fine China and family heirlooms. We may have spend a couple of bucks more by going this professional route rather then renting our own truck and getting a couple of 'guys' from Home Depot (day laborers), but I can tell you having it all done for you is an amazing experience. It was simply point and load, as to what was going and what was staying. After a workplace injury that our insurance paid out over $70,000.00 on a freak and minor injury a couple of years ago, having the peace of mind of knowing your vendor's maintain such coverage is huge for me. When requested I was immediately provided proof of insurance, both California Worker's Compensation and general liability without excuse or delay. I would strongly suggest you opt for a 3 member team even for the smallest move. One works in the truck doing arranging and stacking, while the other 2 team members can stay busy loading or unloading. When we are provided great service our inclination was to tip accordingly and it was our greatest pleasure to share our thanks in the most appropriate form (money).

Happy Home indeed! Roy, Ali and Kosta are awesome! They worked very fast and efficiently. They were very careful with all our stuffs and made sure that no damage will happen. Plus, they were all accommodating and friendly. Even the customer service on phone, they were constantly checking and communicating making sure everything is okay. We hired 4 movers and one truck. They all worked hard, from 9 a.m. until just before midnight to complete the 2-trip move in the same day. .... Well organized, and did a complete and thorough job, with no damages. Friendly too. .... We would use again.

I would never use or recommend this service again. To move a simple condo with 27 pieces of furniture and everything already packed took them 8 hours. My original quote of 3 hours for 3 people was overly optimistic for these people. Their crew did not speak good English, did not package things well, a scratched and dented the hell out of my furniture and walls. Stay away folks.
