This is a great company to use for moving. They made what could have been a difficult move into a nice one. First, I didn't live in the area where my items were stored. So I had to meet them there. Rachel, the manager, worked out the logistics so that we were called the day before moving; on the day of the move, and someone from the office called while we were moving to making sure everything was going as planned-never had this happen before!!! The workers, Ibra& Baha, both were very professional in going about doing their job. They were very meticulous and hard working. They didn't waste anytime in getting my things loaded up and getting us back home and unloading our belongings in record time. We thought it was going to be an all-day ordeal ,but it wasn't. With the great work that they did, I didn't expect the price to be so reasonable ; it was below what we had calculated; thus, we were very pleased and totally surprised. Overall, this company provided high *quality service at an affordable price.. FYI: the storage was only half full,`so we felt they were fair and honest in the final price we were charged. Furthermore, we're planning to use them again in the future; I plan to send my family and friends to this company. This company provides exceptional service at an affordable price! This was the worst moving experience I have ever had and the first time we hired a professional moving company. We hired 3 movers and it took 11 hours, on a move that took us 5 hours last year, with two college students, a pickup, and a trailer. They didn t even complete the job in that time!! We finally told them to put the furniture in the house, the boxes in the garage, and leave. We felt held hostage to these guys moving at a snail s pace. Any time we tried to speed them up, they went slower. They took several breaks, which they charged us for. They wrapped all the furniture so excessively that it took several minutes to unwrap each piece, and they damaged paint and walls when moving the furniture in the house. I put in a call to voice my concerns and was told I would hear back from a manager, which has yet to happen. My husband and I feel so cheated and taken advantage of.

We were very concerned about hiring outside people to pack up our POD for a long distance move. However, once they arrived (on time) and started working, they were way beyond our expectations. They wrapped everything with bubble wrap and shrink wrap. We didn't expect to be able to get all the furniture into the pod but they did it and more. In fact, the POD, sat in storage for 2 weeks and we just unpacked it. Not one item was scratched or damaged. in fact, not one item had moved in the Pod. I would highly recommend this company and especially Adam and Ibragin. They never stopped working.

The guys from Top movers worked quickly but took their time with pieces that were more fragile. My huge temperpedic bed could not fit up my stairs but they found a way to get it over my balcony. Huge relief! Great job guys!
