+ -1 moreVery well. They were flexible in arranging the time range for meeting me at the storage unit. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a complete and thorough clean-up when they were done.
Description of Work: Emptied out a storage unit. Compressed and loaded everything onto a truck. Took it away.

+ -1 moreThey did not show up. I could have stayed at work and made some serious overtime instead of waiting for them.
Description of Work: They did not show up for appointment to give me an estimate. I had adjusted my schedule (turned down some needed overtime at work) to be at home to meet them. Called the next day to ask why they didn't show up. Could only leave a message with my phone number. They have not called back.

+ -1 moreOut of all of the hauling companies that I tried, Smalltime was the only one that gave me an honest price up front and responded very quickly. They showed up on time, finished the job, and I would use their service again.
Description of Work: I needed to clear out my Basement of all of the stuff that our family had accumulated over the years. I had TV's, Computers, Stereo's, speakers. These were all very heavy items. There are steps leading down to my basement, so I couldn't lift all of that stuff.

+ -1 moreWHO CAN COMPLAIN? SOME FOLKS LEAVE THINGS BEHIND AND/OR BUY NEW STUFF AND THEY LEAVE BOXES ETC. BEHIND. WHAT A JOY THAT THERE'S A COMPANY THAT WILL JUST TAKE IT AWAY.
Description of Work: SEVERAL TIMES TENANTS HAD MOVED AND LEFT 'STUFF'. THEY CLEANED OUT THE GARAGE AREA AS WELL AS THE GARBAGE ALLEY.
