 + -1 moreWe hired Sergio for the job (his price was very good), he was supposed to arrive the next morning between 8:00 and 8:30 to do the job, but he never showed up, nor did he ever return our phone call.

 + -1 moreIt went really well. Sergio was very fast and neat. There were minor imperfections but surprisingly few considering he does not tape off.
Description of Work: Painted the living room, front door, and bedroom. We already had the paint for the bedroom.

 + -1 moreSergio showed up almost two hours late for the estimate. Evidently, he got lost trying to find our home. Provided paint samples from a good quality paint manufacturer. Overall, Sergio's crew did a very good job, with one exception. We have a number of natural finish wood windows and patio sliders which needed refinishing, not paint. His crew was completely inept with the staining process (they would apply the stain and not wipe it off). We had to let them go at this point and finish the job ourselves (they had done the hard part of stripping and sanding down to bare wood). They didn't do a great job of cleaning up, but overall they were very tidy with the masking and painting. Sergio estimated that the job would take a week to complete and they left only one guy on the job after the week was up. My grading is based on their paint work only which is what I would hire them again to do.
Description of Work: They repainted a 2600 square foot ranch. They primed new fascia boards, put filler in existing cracked fascia boards, power washed and repaired stucco, and masked and sprayed the entire home with new colors.
