We had a fantastic experience with Erasto. When I first called he was able to come out immediately to do an in house consultation. He did all the measurements and was able to provide an estimate right after measuring. His price was fantastic compared to the other estimates and he said it would only take 2 weeks to get them installed. True to his word he installed them exactly 2 weeks later and everything looks great. I would not hesitate to reccomend him to any of my friends or use him again for more work.

Erasto was outstanding. Great at communicating via text, e-mail and was very prompt and polite. I would highly recommend him.

Ernesto was on time and professional. We don't know about pricing because we only called them for order and install. We ordered the week of Christmas and they were installed the week after New Years. the treatments were installed within an hour and we have a concrete room, which was a challenge, but no problems. We also had a window issue that we were told by our contractors when we bought the house in 2011 could not be fixed without breaking the window. But Earnesto had no problems resolving the issue, which made our room have less cold air coming in all without charging us or breaking our very old windows.

I had Reseda shading co. installed several shades in my house almost 2 years ago. when I found that one of the shade's cord was loosened up, they responded my call almost immediately and scheduled to come to my house. A personnel fixed the cord without charging at all and thanked for the business. They are always pleasant to work with and ,most of all, always stay behind their product! I really thank Reseda Shading Co, and recommend to anyone!

These guys are awesome, they had the lowest price and shortest time to install. They had it installed in 2 weeks while everyone else told me 4-6 weeks. Highly recommend them!

Erasto and his brother Louie did a great job. At both the measurement and installation sessions, they were on time, polite, very knowledgeable, and provided a quality result. When taking measurements, Erasto made suggestions regarding the placement of the shades and the cords given the tight space (a very small laundry room with windows on two sides). He also had samples of different colors and provided advice on color selection given the color of the walls in the room. I was impressed with the installation, given the tight space and the challenge of a corner where two shades on windows with different depths meet. The shades look great. A very professional result. I am very satisfied.

We reached out to Reseda Shade Co to look at the possibility of remote control shades because the windows were about 20 ft high and wanting to open the windows when we wanted to we thought that remote control was our only option but Erasto suggested shutters with a long removable handle to easily open and close the shutters when we wanted to. Along with the agreed price, he added molding around the perimeter of the shutters. Erasto came on the scheduled time, was diligent on getting the shutters in place and we are very pleased with the end result. We are considering doing the rest of the house with Reseda Shade Co in the near future. Thank you Erasto.

Reseda Shade's was the second estimate that I had on this job. The first, with a very well-known large company, was not only more costly and of poorer quality, but it turned out that as Erasto explained to me, the treatments that the other sales associate recommended were actually inappropriate for the space. The rep from the other company in subsequent conversations, also made me feel that the job was too small for her to care about. There is quite a difference when one compares the quality of service available from a large company with dozens of sales reps (who may or may not be experienced or invested in their company's success) to one that is not only owner operated, but much if not all of the work is done in his own local workshop rather than that of an out-of-state supplier. Erasto has more than thirty years experience in this business. He is courteous, punctual, and eager to please. When he delivered and installed the shades yesterday, I could tell that he took great personal satisfaction and pride in a job well-done. My interaction with him convinced me that he gives the same amount of care and attention to detail to any job, large or small.

It went great. When I had to move the install date up a day because of my schedule conflict, he moved the date. He also made suggestions during the estimate visit that turned out to very convenient.

Erasto arrived at estimate appointment on time. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgable. I received a number of quotes and his price was very reasonable. He provided me a quote for my living room and master shutters as well as bathroom accordion shades. He booked an appointment to have my shutters and shades put in less than 2 weeks. He arrived on time with his crew to install everything. They were all very professional. The shutters and shades look amazing. I am so happy with the service and price. I will definitely use this company again.

Erasto came out to consult with me on the best window treatment for my entertainment room. He suggested Vertiglde shades, which I had never heard of. He showed me samples and photos and explained why they would work best where I needed them. I ended up with a type that blacked out most light when closed, which is just what I needed because our TV backed up to the window. They look just beautiful! I'm so happy with the service, promptness, and wonderful personal service from Erasto. He showed up on time for the consult and the installation, was so pleasant to work with, and finished the installation beautifully. I would highly recommend Reseda Shade Co.

We called Erasto Trejo, owner of Reseda Shade Company, to arrange drapery cleaning, first asking if he serviced our area. He assured us he did. We agreed to his price and the date to pick up the drapes. His assistant arrived to take down the drapes, complaining about the distance and traffic. When the drapes were returned after cleaning they were a full six inches shorter. The assistant first tried to convince us that the drapes would be fine after hanging a day or two. When we vehemently disagreed, he tried to lengthen them by pulling on them! We asked him to stop this and told him we were extremely disappointed with the shrunken drapes. He phoned Erasto, who suggested they could re-hem them to the correct length. We reluctantly agreed. He took them down and said they would be ready in four days. It was twelve, and even then we had to negotiate a delivery time convenient for us, not one based on possible traffic conditions. Second only to our disappointment in the quality of job performance is the fact that the owner of a small business, Erasto, did not make the effort to personally oversee the final delivery and hanging of the drapes. We were disappointed that he didn't seem committed to the customer service we thought we could expect based on Angie's List reviews. We would NEVER recommend Reseda Shade Company.

Erasto was punctual & pleasant to deal with. Initially we only did part of the house but since we were very satisfied with the overall installation process, we hired him again to do some more windows. We still have one more set of windows that needs shutters & asked him for another quote. Although he hasn't called back ( more than a month since we last spoke), we still feel that we got a great service at a good price so we would still rate him an A.

Erasto is very knowledgeable and professional. I was a little concerned since I live in Orange County that is far away from Reseda. Erasto called to assure me that is not a problem. He arrived on-time to give me estimates. I have one large arch window in the front of the house that I knew it would be difficult. Erasto insisted that I should install a shutter for that window. Of course I would love to but I don't have a large budget for it. After Erasto when through his numbers, I was very surprised how affordable the shutter is. And his solid wood blinds beat all other estimates of faux wood. Reseda Shades prices beat the 2nd lowest with solid wood blinds and a large arch shutter compare to faux wood blinds throughout. He and his team did a professional job installing the blinds and shutter. My windows look great! The shutter and blind quality are excellent. Every window has beautiful matching wood crown molding. I was in the middle of kitchen and den remodeling projects but Erasto and his team still cleaned up everything and left the installation site clean. We are very happy with Reseda Shades. And we have already told friends about their products and services.

There was a problem getting through to Reseda Shade on the phone last week, but they noticed my phone number on their caller I.D. and telephoned me the same morning to see what they could do for me. Luis came out the same day and measured for the new track. The estimate was $150, but I was able to use my Angie's List 10%-off coupon. Luis returned this morning with the new track, which he installed with no problem. He tested the opening and closing, and then asked me to test it. It worked perfectly. Later on, I received a call from the owner of Reseda Shade asking if I was satisfied with the work, and that I should call if any problems come up. Really good service from start to finish.

First let me say that we were incredibly impressed with the quality and professionalism provided by Reseda Shade - Erasto and his team are all very punctual and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else. I found Reseda Shade on Angie's List in late August. Erasto took my call and we setup a date for later that week to get an estimate. On the day of the estimate, Erasto showed up on time - even 15 minutes earlier. We were a bit concerned about the amount of light that shutters could let through in the bedrooms, since we had recently had a baby - but Erasto quickly suggested we use block-out shades behind the shutters. He made his measurements and gave us an estimate within an hour. I had no idea what it would cost elsewhere, so I decided to shop around. I called two other places and they both said they couldn't come close to his price. I called Reseda Shade and told them I'd decided to go with them. They came to do the final measurements - again, impressed me with their punctuality and professionalism. The measurement was quick and they did not try to up-sell me or change the original price they had quoted me. We scheduled for the install to be done three weeks later. On the day of the install, they showed up on-time. Erasto and two of his other employees removed and disposed of our old blinds, installed the new shutters, and cleaned up in a total of about three hours. I have already recommended them to my friends. These guys did an amazing job!

My kitchen window blind's turning mechanism was broken, and the blind itself was showing its age, with chipped paint and discoloration. Additionally, two other windows had blinds that couldn't be adjusted easily. The company installed a new kitchen window blind (which had to be custom cut because of the irregularity of the window opening) and repaired to two other blinds which weren't properly adjustable. The work was done in exactly the time stated, and the workman was courteous and prompt, and he cleaned up after himself perfectly. Following the work, the company made a call to see if I approved all the work.

Everything went great. The work was done as promised and all the window treatments look wonderful. The quality of the shutters and blinds are great and the workmanship is top notch. Erasto is a very nice man and is responsive and punctual. His workers were also very nice and competent. His prices are very competitive. Highly recommend.

It was a joy having Mr. Trejo put in our new custom blinds, our home was built 1921 so our windows are not the Average size. Mr. Trejo was always on time and professional. He brought samples the same day of our free estimate and was very knowledgeable on the material as to what would be better in our home. The price was a little high but worth it.

I'm preparing to lease out my condo and currently have shutters in my master bedroom. Due to some recent work I had done, I had no window coverings for my second bedroom. I wanted to get shutters to maintain consistency throughout the house. I called Erasto, he came out immediately and gave me an estimate. The price was excellent. At the time I ordered the lead time was 3 weeks. Erasto stayed true to the time - the shutters were installed 3 weeks later. Alberto, the installer, was meticulous in his work. The shutters look great and are of great quality, much better quality (and much better price!) than the shutters I had installed in my master bedroom seven years prior. I will definitely use Reseda Shade again in the future.

We initially contracted for the installation of 9 windows and 2 doors and was planning to put draperies on the other windows. We were so pleased by the quality and overall aesthetic value of the shutters that Reseda Shade installed in our new home that we decided to do the other 7 windows as well. We admired Erasto's professionalism and the competitive pricing that he offered.

I was originally going to purchase through one of the big box home improvement stores but have 2 very large(wide) windows and 2 very narrow windows. I wasn't able to locate them at the stores and knew it was going to be a pain installing them myself so I decided to use a professional. Erasto was very nice and gave me some good information about my options. I decided to go with faux wood because of my pets and allergies along with living in an older home that I feared would cause issues with real wood blinds specifically during the rainy season. The price and easy maintenance was what sold me. Installation took a while because of the unique windows on this older home. Overall I am happy with the look and price. There is some glare because of the shallow windows I have. There was really no way for the blinds to be flush on my windows. I think they did a good job at keeping the glare to a minimum. I know I have the option of adding shades or curtains. Will consider them for my future shades in living room area.
