Their representative came out promptly with samples, etc. and I selected the shade I wanted. He returned when expected to install the shades and discovered that one of the shades was not the right one (manufacturer error). A replacement was promptly ordered and installed today. Installation was quickly and neatly done!

I believe two people came to do the work and it took about two hours. They left the area neat and tidy. They offered solution and a product that we were not aware of that met our needs. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They are easy to deal with and have a good product at a good price.

This was just the most recent time we've called on Erasto. He also has repaired blinds in our dining room, living room and bedroom (can you tell we have an older home?), and then installed replacement blinds in our bedroom when the old ones really needed to go. His work, and the work of the men he sends out, is truly professional. They're quick, clean and efficient. The price is reasonable. I particularly like that he doesn't pressure you to get new stuff if a repair can be done. He is a low-key guy who runs a quality operation. They know their stuff! We were especially appreciative when he came out on a next-day notice this last time, as we panicked when our only downstairs bathroom blinds broke just before we were having guests in the yard that the bathroom faces. Terrible timing! But he was able to help us. And we were grateful. We definitely will call him again when/if we have window/blinds needs.

From the onset, Erasto was very professional. He came by a couple times for measurements for the new shutters. We later asked him to re-paint the existing shutters to match and he was able to complete the order together so all the shutters were delivered simultaneously. Installation was quick and professional. I liked that Erasto communicated with us via phone and text which made it easier for us. He was always early for our appointments which was much appreciated. A very great person and company!

After the job was done there were small details that I was not happy with. I called him and let him know but I said it was not a rush. He is located far from me. It was months later that he called and said he would be in my area and came back and fixed the details I wanted changed. He was so nice and really cared that his customer was happy with his work.

After finding the name of this company on Angie's List with good reviews, I called for an appointment which was given pretty quickly. Erasto came with a partner and I explained that the chains on two of my verticals were getting stuck and a panel on the sliding door vertical needed to be cut because it was longer than the others and getting stuck on the carpet. I was not impressed with this man as he did nothing except oil my track and I had to supply the WD-40. On top of this he charged me $45.00 when a coupon they offer clearly says free in-home consultation. However this review has a happy ending. A gentleman by the name of Ed Moreno called me about my negative review after reading it on Angie's List. Apparently companies do read the reviews. He could not have been nicer and genuinely concerned. I told him when I spoke to Erasto to request a refund in light of the coupon for "free in-home" consultation he became very rude and started yelling at me. He apologized for Erasto's rudeness and said that is not the way our company operates and he would appreciate another chance. In good faith he would return my $45.00 which he did. Based on the customer service provided by Mr.Moreno I would give this company another chance. Please keep in mind when reading reviews for this company that the grades I gave were unfortunately based on my experience with one worker in the company. After my conversation with Mr. Moreno I believe future interactions will be more positive.

Erasto is a consumate professional. He responded immediately to my request for a consultation and showed up promptly at my home without hassle. His taste is excellent and he was a real aid in figuring out color and type of blind that would fit my house. He gave ma a very good quote and the work he did was efficient and beautiful. Very beautiful, we were really pleased by the overall effect his well crafted wooden blinds had on our home. Reseda Shade is a great company and Erasto sets the tone in his promptness, professionalism and obvious pride he takes in his company's work and reputation. I'd definitely use his company again to do more work in my home and would very much recommend Reseda Shade to friends and family.

Erasto, the owner, showed up precisely on time with his assistant. They took all of the measurements, re-measured, and gave me their price. Their price was very good (I had done my homework). Their guarantee was very good (lifetime, other than obvious abuse). I gave them 50% down and we coordinated an installation date given the other work that was being done in the house, and my being out of town for a couple of weeks. Erasto went out of his way to let me know a number of times that he enjoys his work and that he stands behind his products. The installation went as planned and I paid the rest of the bill. Many weeks later I realized that one set of blinds was not quite working perfectly, and another set was interfering with a drawer (in a very tight space). I texted Erasto and did not hear back real soon and my anxiety rose. Was this guy really going to stand by his word that virtually any problem would be happily resolved? I reached out to him again and set up an appointment for the end of that same day, around 5 PM. My guess is that he never got the first communication (but I did not check this out with him). He resolved both difficulties quickly and perfectly, reiterating his policy to stand by his work. Will he be in business ten years from now? He probably will be, and when he retires (if he retires) many years from now, he plans to have his family take over the business. I highly recommend this company. I have zero complaints. Best price, quality is probably the same as all the other companies, service was virtually perfect, and his guarantee (verbal and in writing) can't be beat. I probably won't need more service for a long time, but if and when I do, I'll write another AngiesList review. As for now, I'd use him again without hesitation and I think you ought to call him if you are considering window treatments. By the way, 3-Day Blinds was at least twice the price. A more local competitor was hundreds of dollars more.

I selected the provider on the basis of his Angie's list rating. When I contacted him for an estimate he was immediately available. He impressed with his professionalism and his estimate that was about 40% below another provider which is a national company. In addition, the provider's estimate was for wooden shutters in contrast to the estimate of the national company's which was only for plastic. Exactly as the provider had promised, the custom shutters were ready for installation 2 1/2 weeks later. The installation team was professional and efficient and the shutters turned out to be the product of real craftsmanship and, also, are enhancing the aesthetics and the value of our home.

It was a pleasure to work with Erasto and his company. From the first conversation with him to the end of our project, he has been very professional and always prompt in his responses. He was easily reachable and always showed up on time or earlier. He was very thorough with explanations and had a variety of options to offer. After the installation, we noticed that one of the shades had damage. Erasto replaced it very quickly without any problems. The installation of all the window treatments went smoothly and very quickly. They even offered to clean up the floor after drilling holes. I would without doubt recommend this company to anyone. He had great ideas for our home and we're very happy that we went with his recommendations The shutters and shades look amazing on our brand new windows and doesn't cover the molding like other types of shades do. They did a very good job. They were fairly priced and it was comparable. Their customer service was excellent. They were great but they had to come out a couple of times to fix things which they did fix. I had a couple of issues with the shutters.

The first man that came out talked a big game and the deal was set. The installer had a very heavy accent and it was hard to understand him. The blinds were hung correctly but they were inferior quality. When I had asked the first man what the next price was he said $1000!!! It seemed absurd that there was not a price between the two. I will use them if I need something inexpensive.
