Erenesto is very honest, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He listened to what we needed and suggested several alternatives so that we could make an informed decision. The order was placed and when the shades and cornice came in , he came out and installed them . We are happy with the results and join the others who highly recommend this company.

I ordered over 10 shades from Reseda shades. The owner was very friendly and assured me that if there is any problems they will come out for free to adjust it. One of the shades has a bib crease in the middle and he said it will go away in a few days. It never did. I contacted him again and he said he will replace it. Plus one of the other shades stopped functioning. Since than I left him 4 massages during last 3 months and he never called me back.

Erasto did an amazing job with our house. He was very patient and helpful during the initial consultation. He measured all the windows, and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He installed the blinds as soon as they came in from the factory, and he did a great job setting everything up. We're really happy with the quality of the products and the quality of the service we received. I would absolutely recommend Reseda Shade Co. to anyone looking for new window treatments.

Ernesto brought samples, discussed what I wanted, and made suggestions. I had some specific needs for light, heat, and privacy. He set the delivery date and was exactly on time with that. He installed the blinds and drapes quickly and professionally. They are lovely are exactly what I need. Love, love, love them.

Excellent all round. Professional, honest and helpful in every way from quote to installation. Had some tricky areas with a bay window and the crew wanted to get it right rather than just rush the job. Could. To recommend them more highly.

New blinds are working great, since the blinds are of good quality to begin with ,but the mechanical parts had failed, Guillermo suggested that rather than go for a rpalcemtn set (more for the Blind Company in total revenue) he suggested to fix the blinds because there were on a few that were not working well. This approach, vice what is typical as an upsell was a nice way to start the discussion about getting a quote. From there Guillermo tested all the blinds, and we discussed which ones he though should be fixed. We agreed on the total job and the price. Guillermo then came back when the blinds were repaired and reinstalled them. The whole job was done professionally, and done well...thank you!

We were beyond impressed with this local company. They took personal attention to every detail of our shade, shutter, and blind experience. They asked leading questions to ensure the cosmetic design, color match and utility would be right for our lifestyles. They took the time to visit our home numerous times with samples and color swatches. And the quality of the product - top of the line!!! Would recommend highly to anyone considering window coverings. One of the best service oriented companies we've ever had the pleasure of working with.

One of the strings that pull up a roman shade in a bedroom had broken. I called the store that made it for us, and it took them two days to get back to me with the price---an astonishing $330. Also, they said it would have to be sent to San Francisco and would take three weeks to complete. I called Reseda Shade at 9:30 and by 12:40 the same day, Luis had replaced the entire mechanism and everything worked perfectly. He said that they don't like the device that Calico Corners had used (and I didn't like the price they quoted), so I'm really glad that I found Reseda Shade on your site.

Earnest was great. He was very flexible with my schedule. I'm very happy with his service. Extremely polite and profession. Top rate service. He really took pride in his workmanship. I would highly recommend him to all my friends.

I did not go forward with this company as they lacked punctuality and courtesy.. They could not arrive for the estimate on time and did not have the courtesy to call to advise they were running late. Very bad first impression.

Erasto at Reseda Shade Company is a true professional. We bought a new construction and needed window coverings asap. Erasto met with us, measured all the windows before we had even closed escrow, and attached temporary coverings. We received the coverings on time (2 weeks), after which he installed them quickly and efficiently. The cellular shades and wood blinds were exactly as promised--great quality. We changed our minds about one of the coverings and wanted it split into 2 shades versus 1, and Erasto replaced it at no additional charge. He is a man of his word and out of all the people we have hired through Angie's List, he is one of our favorites. He was extremely easy to reach and kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. He was personable and professional through and through. I highly recommend Erasto and Reseda Shade Company

We had 8' x 7' exterior window shade that needed to be installed. While this was not a shade from his company, Erasto was agreeable to putting it up for us. He did it very quickly and neatly. Very nice man who really loves his job.

this is the second time we used Reseda Shade and once again a terrific experience. We had ideas in mind but after looking at our windows they suggested type of shade we did not know existed that is just perfect. Everything done well and on time.

We chose this company based on the reviews on this site... they did not disappoint! Erasto and his team were all professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about their products. We ordered shutters for all 7 windows, and they color-matched the white of our woodwork. They were made and ready on time and Installation was a breeze. They were quick, courteous and tidy. Needless to say, we were happy with the end result and would hire them again!

Erasto is an expert on drapes and did a wonderful job both guiding my wife on the right color, material and method of installation. The price of Reseda Shade Company was very good for the quality of the product. We've used Erasto and Reseda Shade also for solar shades and were extremely satisfied with the product and install and their prices beat the competition by about 25-30%.

It could not have gone better. The repairman arrived on time and was able to repair my roman shade at my house and rehang it. He was quick, but thorough, and very neat. I wished I had more shades that needed repair.

First, Erastos was excellent! He came on time for our appointment, he was extremely helpful in helping me decide what style of draperies to do and what hardware to use. He promised the drapes and cushions before Thanksgiving and they were all installed two days before . I am more than happy with the results!!! I received everything I was promised and knew up front all the costs, etc. I would definitely have more work done ( which I am currently planning) by Erastos and his co. I wish all the other dealings I had with my remodel had been handled this well and professionally.

Guillermo was the person who helped me. He was nothing but excellent! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and did not make me feel like if I needed to hire his services at any time; he offered help and at the end of the estimate he just mentioned he would be happy if I chose them, but wanted me to feel comfortable with my choice. I ended up choosing their services, and he came back for more detailed measuring. During this time I have mentioned my birthday would be the following Saturday, and he said it would be hard to deliver the shutters because they would only have 6 days to work on them, and I understood and didn't think about it after we spoke. 3 days later he called me and let me know he remembered that it as my birthday and he was able to schedule the installation of the shutters for my party. I was surprised and pleased that he remembered and did his best to have my house looking the best for my party. He came back one week later to install the blinds, and now my house looks beautiful! I am absolutely happy not only with their service, but with the quality of the shutters and blinds. They are beautiful and functional, and I would definitely refer them to friends and familyhu

Erasto was very professional he came and explained to me exactly what was the cost of my wood shutters no surprises he also explained to me how the instalation was going to go, he was right on schedule for the appointment and instalation, great customer service, I will definitely will use reseda shade in the future for the rest of my house, he also made the trip all the way from reseda to temecula I highly recommend this company he was recommended by a friend from the french valley so his no stranger to the valley.
