Description of Work: We had a blackout blind installed in a bedroom that had a sheer blind. The initial estimate appointment went smoothly and Guillermo (the sales rep) was quite knowledgable. We specified and paid for an installation where the blackout blind would be installed behind the sheer blind. The installer was prompt and courteous and cleaned up well after the install. However, the blackout blind was initially installed without the existing sheer blind and the installer said he did not have the bracket needed to change it. With a call to Guillermo, the needed bracket was ordered and a week later, both blinds were installed as we wanted at no additional service charge. We really appreciated Guillermo's responsive and corrective handling of the situation. Overall, we were very pleased & would use this company again.

Description of Work: Reseda Shade was very professional. They actually showed up a few minutes early (!) for the first/measuring appointment. They had the blinds ready exactly when they said the would the following week and were right on time for installation. The installation did take over an hour longer than they had estimated, but it was because he was being very careful to attention to detail - exact length without pulling on carpet, removing static cling, etc. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: For shade repairs, blind repairs, I've used Reseda Shade. This is the only one I made a phone call. I had them out two times since. They fixed the cords on a wooden blind.

Erasto was extremely flexible in scheduling time for our consultation. He arrived on time with samples and great ideas! We worked together, moving from room to room until we had selected just the right thing for each space. Erasto gave great suggestions and guided us in the right direction without ever being pushy. | |Some of the blinds were ready really quickly and Erasto brought the partial order as soon as it was ready (so thoughtful - he did not want us to keep living without bedroom blinds)! There was an issue with one of the blinds (the manufacturer's fault, not Erasto's) and I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally he handled it.
