Ernesto was a pleasure to work with. He had good ideas, was fast and even did some fix up painting for me.

No hard selling, all quality products. Highly punctual, all binds were installed quick. No mess was left behind. Ernesto works from his Heart and is a great guy with great products and service. His company installed our blinds about 20 yrs ago and they have lasted all these years!

Ernesto was really nice to work with. He was very responsive and came out to give an estimate the same day we contacted him. He was very knowledgeable about various products and had a good eye for what would look best on our windows. He took measurements and gave us an estimate immediately. In addition, there were a couple of problems with some existing window coverings in our home, which he easily fixed for us. He went the extra mile for us by contacting the manufacturer of the shades in our master bathroom that had some mildew on the frame, in an effort to obtain replacements for them. Ernesto promised that if the manufacturer refused to do so, he would replace the mildewed shades at his cost. This is a person who really works for his customers! The new window coverings were installed about two weeks later and they look great and work beautifully.

We were very pleased with Reseda Shade Co. They came out promptly (actually came out twice because we had trouble deciding which window treatments to chose). They offered superiod products and had sizes the big box stores didn't. They then came out and installed the window treatments and they look great.

Luis was on time and patiently re-corded my four messed-up blinds in the entry way. It took him a few hours but he never flagged and maintained a cheerful disposition from first to last. Highly recommend.

I got Reseda Shade Company's name from Angie's list. Erasto was was very responsive and set up an appointment to come to my home the next day. I was very undecided about what kind of treatments I wanted for sliding glass doors throughout my home. He was very patient in suggesting possibilities and even taking me to a previous client's home so that I could see what one alternative looked like. Even after that, I couldn't decide and wanted more time to check out alternatives with others. There was no hard sale or pressure from Erasto, which I really appreciated. Erasto's prices are very fair, and when you consider the quality of service, his prices are more than fair. All the window treatments came out beautifully -- a huge, electrically-operated roman shade for the sliding door in my kitchen, a blackout duet for the sliding door in the master bedroom, and two sets of blinds. I highly recommend Erasto and Reseda Shade Company -- a pleasure to deal with.

I initially set out restoring the original look of my place by getting vertical blind estimates for my 2 glass doors and 7 of the strangest windows I've ever seen. They're all considered rectangular in shape, but two, for example, are about 1.5ft wide and 6ft high. Anyway,the first companies I contacted, came out, measured the windows, and gave me a stack of different blind samples to choose from. Thinking it would stand up better to wear and tear, I decided to spring for the slightly more expensive heavier, plastic-composite (like IKEA wood) blind: an assumption that the workmen unanimously supported. Feeling, at this point, that I was becoming quite the window treatment pro, on Friday, when Erasto, from Reseda Shade Co. came to take measurements, I just told him the blind I'd decided on and waited for his price. Instead of simply giving me the estimate and leaving, Erasto came up with alternative ideas and warned me that although my new-found blind expertise seemed sound, in actuality, my choice was quite brittle. Erasto and I must have spent 10 mins breaking pieces of this sample that he doesn't even take out of his van because he knows he'll be back every few months to replace them if he sells it to you. Instead, he recommended a cheaper, thinner blind, and then, for good measure, proceeded to show me how difficult it would be to destroy. He also suggested horizontal wood blinds for the 7 windows, which he said would look nicer and--in the case of those aforementioned narrow windows--would not block so much of the view when completely pulled. Though, I think his comparable estimate for all vertical blinds came out to be just shy of $100 higher than the others, his insight and quicker installation turnaround more than made up for it. The following Tuesday morning, he was back with a helper, and the two of them installed everything in less than the two hours he originally estimated. Everything went so smoothly, they invited me to breakfast afterward; which i would have taken them up on, if I didn't have to go to work. Now, a month later, everything still looks great and I've had no problems. I highly recommend Reseda Shade Co. and make sure you ask Erasto to break some samples with you (I think he really gets a kick out of it).

I found this company on Angieslist, and called. Erasto answered my call, was very professional and understood exactly what I needed. He was available at my convenience to come and give an estimate. He analyzed the situation, considered some alternatives and came up with a recommendation which turned out fine. The drapes were ready sooner than he had thought they would be. They were able to do the installation very quickly, and we are completely satisfied.

During the initial phone contact Erasto was polite and helpful. Because I was only doing a single shade and am about 40 miles away from him he told me up front that he would need to charge me an extra $45. I appreciated his honesty rather than surprising me with the extra fee. He showed me several material and price options available for me to choose from. He was also able to customize the installation in a situation where I was concerned we would not be able to install without the brackets being obvious. He called me today to see if I would be available for them to come and install the new shade--one day after the placement of the order! Now that's quick service. While he was here I asked him to look at a woven shade I have in an upstairs bedroom. One of the strings that causes the treatment to draw up and down was broken so it was hanging crooked when pulled into the open position. He took the time, on the spot, to correct the problem and didn't charge me for the repair. Nice touch.

It went fine. I got the name from Angie's List and they came out and understood what I wanted. When the installer came to put them up, it took them 2 hours to put up 2 shades. That worried me a bit they are working and look nice.

Erasto came over to the house to discuss our options for window treatments. Originally, we had one idea in-mind. But he showed us some different options and colors, based on our needs and the design of our house. He was right, because it turned out great after the installation. They look terrific. Erasto has a very good eye for what looks good for a house, and he tells you about the practical advantages and disadvantages of each of the products. Installation went smoothly. He and his assistant arrived promptly at 8am, and they were done by around 10am. He plans very well. We'll use him later this year for some other windows and doors in the house.

They were prompt and offered a nice variety of blinds and curtains. The curtains for the french doors were more than I expected (over half of the entire bill) but my wife really wanted them. They ordered the work and called us when it was ready. The installation was very quick (they were in and out in under three hours) and it all looked great. It is now a month and a half later and we are just as pleased. Great work!

We had received an estimate from 3-Day Blinds but after reviewing Reseda Shade's ratings on Angie's list we decided to call Erasto. His estimate was much cheaper than them so we went with Erasto. He installed the blinds in the living room and dining room about 5 months ago, then we just called him back to do the black out blind. He is very professional and accommodating (came early mornings and evenings for measurements and installations). We'll definitely use him again in the future if we decide to get blinds for any of our other windows.

Fantastic experience, even though this was a small job, Erasto was available right away, showed up right on time, did measurements accurately, and installed exactly within the time-frame he promised. We couldn't be happier with our new blinds and service

I thought their prices were comparable. Their service was great and they were prompt. They had a tiny problem with the shade being uneven. They were very responsive about this. I liked the shades when they came and the quality of the material. They were very nice to work with and they are local too!

I called and Arasto very promptly returned my call. We made an appointment and he came to my house to show me various window coverings. We discussed several possibilities and although we did not agree, he ultimately agreed to do what I wanted. I got the material for the draperies and called him. Within two weeks after he got the material (as promised) everything was ready. He brought everything over and installed it quickly, efficiently, and perfectly. He was easy to reach (although his phone never stops ringing), always polite, sometimes funny. (He commented once that it was a good thing we weren't married. It was funny because we disagreed about pretty much everything.) Probably most amazing was that he did this all in December when he was short handed because of the holidays.

I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THEY ALLOWED ME TO KEEP A COUPLE OF SAMPLES TO SHOW MY HUSBAND AND DECIDE WHICH DESIGN TO GO WITH. THE PRICES AND PRODUCT SELECTION ARE EXCELLENT COMPARED TO OTHER ESTIMATES OBTAINED. THEIR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS AND REQUESTS. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL IN ARRIVING AND THE JOB WAS DONE ALMOST TO THE MINUTE OF THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME. VERY IMPRESSIVE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN WORK, NEAT, AND ORGANIZED. IN THREE WORDS...HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY. DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
