They came as scheduled and finished their job on time.Made sure our woodfloor and granite countertop was protected while they do their work.Very neat, cleaning after their mess.My husband and I were very happy with the service and the product they installed.Erasto and Luis was the nicest it felt just like having family/friend helping us doing work in our house.

He did a good job. He's reliable and does his job. He is very personalable. He's been in business a long time.

They came and measured the windows and installed the blinds that needed to be special ordered. He called when they were ready and installed them on day promised

Overall our experience was great. Excellent advice was given on what to install. Prompt, courteous, professional. We had issues with one of the blinds being wrinkled; solved without issue and with a smile. These folks keep their word and deliver above and beyond to make the customer happy. Highly recommend.

We needed new shades in our bedroom and kitchen. I called a large national company who had sent us a 20% off flyer. When I asked this large national company for information about standard installation charges, I felt they purposely were vague just so they could book the appointment. They also would take at least a week to get to my house. I then checked Angie's List and found Reseda Shade Company; and boy, we're glad I did. Ernesto was so professional and so responsive to our needs. Ernesto was able to come out almost right away and was able to make an evening appointment to meet my needs. During out appointment, we worked out the details through his samples. His price seemed really fair and included installation. He was thorough and explained everything... that one large pull-down shade in the kitchen would save us about a third over having two shades, how the pull-down kitchen shade would block the sun, how the three bedroom Roman shades would fit and have a block-out feature, and how he'd install them. He also warmed up to very nicely to my cat -- and she never warms up to strangers. The shades took about two weeks. Ernesto came out and installed them, again an early evening appointment. The shades turned out beautiful -- they are exactly what we ordered and really warmed up the rooms. My cat was very happy to see Ernesto again and loved the shades, too.

Overall, Reseda Shade did a perfect job to what I wanted and I will use them again and recommend them highly. Also, I mentioned how happy I was with my new window coverings to a friend of mine, she hired them for repair work and was very pleased as well.

.The blinds arrived in the agreed upon time and were installed quickly and without making a mess. One shade was missing, but Erasto came back the next day to install it. I was extremely pleased with the results and the quality of the installation

Ernesto is such a kind and pleasant person who knows his product and loves what he does. He's very accommodating and reliable. The prices are amazing compared to the other window treatments I purchased through my builder's interior designer. I wish I had more windows to do and discovered Reseda Shade Co sooner. I would have saved a bundle. Installation was very quick. I can't think of one negative about the experience from start to finish. I was pretty sure about what I wanted, he selected the matching color to my other blinds and suggested separate blinds for the pato sliders. I'm loving all my blinds.

Erasto was professional and personalbe. Because of his years of experience he was able to suggest the right type of window covering for our room. There is a difference in quality of material between the Hunter Douglas room darkening shades and the Alta (M&B) room darkening shades, but Hunter Douglas was so much more expensive that we decided it wasn't worth it.

Erasto was a pleasure to work with he is professional, has a pride in his work and is detail oriented not to mention very fairly priced (considerably less than three day blinds who did the original work.) he took his time to produce a high quality job that really looked nice this included painting the replacement rod to match our design. He even got out a needle and thread to repair a small hole in a drape when he was fixing the cord. I would highly recommend him he is truly a rare breed!

We needed matching custom shades for our french patio doors and adjacent side door. Erasto was very helpful in selecting and ordering the shades (which normally take a couple weeks to be delivered). When our delivery date was approaching I placed a follow-up call to Reseda Shade to make sure they would be arriving on time -- unfortunately, it turns out the company Erasto placed the order with never ordered the shades at all. I was pretty upset, but Erasto was super-apologetic even though it wasn't his fault (the other company called me personally to apologize and verify that Reseda Shade was not to blame). Erasto generously offered to install temporary shades for free in the meantime (which we didn't take him up on), but he did give us $150 dollars off our final price and installed the shades immediately himself once they arrived. I was fully prepared to write a negative review, but I can't. Erasto and Reseda Shade are polite and professional and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied -- even when a problem arose through no fault of their own. I plan to use Reseda Shade again in the future for all our window treatment needs.

They were very professional and cordial. I called them on very short notice and wanted them to come out on Saturday. On the day of the appointment, they called ahead and showed up on time to tke measurements. He was very patient and prepared with samples. He made sure that any faded paint wouldn't be showing and repainted the faded areas. He made sure everything was working properly and I was very pleased. In fact, he helped with a few other projects around the house while he was here.

I called Reseda Shades on a late Saturday afternoon and Ernesto offered to come the following morning to take measurements. He showed up on time, was professional and knew what he was doing. After I described to him what I wanted, he went back to his van and brought back one sample. That was it. I was sold. I'm the type of person that likes to take a look at many choices to be sure I've got it right but Ernesto was dead on. He explained why it was the best option and it made complete sense. His quote was reasonable so I made the decision to go with him without competing the business to other manufacturers/installers. His high scores on Angle's List played into my decision too.The same day I gave him a deposit and the following weekend he arrived to install them. He showed up on time (actually he was early but waiting until our appointment time, 8:00AM - on a Sunday, before coming to the door. He took his time putting them up and was patient when I asked him to take another look at one that I thought looked crooked. Turned out that the shade just needed a small tug at the bottom to straighten it out. Its been two weeks since they have been installed and I couldn't be happier. They're a quality product and look great. I highly recommend working with Reseda Shade Company and Ernesto. He's a great person too.

First, I would not hesitate to recommend Reseda Blinds with the highest confidence that you will be a happy customer. We moved into our new house and did not have ANY window treatments. After speaking with several larger companies and not really having very good customer service, I called Reseda Blind Co. Erasto, the owner, answered the phone and was able to schedule a visit almost immediately. He came out on a saturday and was even a little bit early. He showed us many options, and did a FANTASTIC job of fitting within our budget. Also, he came back in a few days with a roller blind for an odd window of ours in the bedroom that we hadn't even asked for! But it made all the difference in the room as we weren't sure what to do there. We had both blinds and shutters installed and all in less than 2 weeks! Which was a pleasant surprise given that other places had told us 4-6 weeks. We will most certainly use Erasto again in the future, he is very professional and even called to follow up with us and make sure we were happy with everything.

I found the company on Angies list. After reading all the positive reviews I did not bother with other companies. My husband and I decided to visit the company at their location in Reseda and looked at the material sample for our shades. We made an appointment for Erasto to come to our house on that same day. He was punctual, measured all the windows and gave us an estimate. The bid was reasonable and we gave him a job on a spot. A week later Erasto installed the shades, they look great. Erasto is very knowledgeable about his business, polite and pleasant to deal with. We will certainly to use him in the future for our decorating needs and will recommend him to our friends without any hesitation

We were looking to install windows shutters for our newly painted home. We called Reseda Shade Co. and Erasto responded right away. One hour later he arrived at our home. He immediately understood what we were looking for and suggested best product available on the market. We quickly agreed on the price and placed order. After 2 weeks Erasto called to schedule appointment. 2 guys arrived on-time and quickly installed beautiful shutters. We are very happy with prompt and professional service. The service provider, Erasto, came to appointments at the time arranged. I thought the price for the blinds was fair and competitive. The blinds were installed on the date and time agreed upon. The service was excellent in all respects. The quality of the mini-blinds is excellent. We are very happy with Reseda Shade Company and and would employ them in the future.

Couldn't have gone better. They had to wait on the Vertical blinds to come in, but kept me posted every few days on the progress.I had an issue with the blinds in my room a few months later, so i contacted Ernesto, and he had someone over later that same day. Turns out it was my operator error and they were very patient. Great service and product.
