I called Reseda Shade Company on August 5th to find out about purchasing new mini-blinds. Erasto answered the phone and we made an appointment for him to come out on August 7th to measure. He was very courteous and showed up on time with step ladder and tools. He measured the window and the old blinds many times. (Measure twice, cut once.) I liked that he took such care with getting it right. He ordered the blinds and they came in on the 16th. We arranged to have them put up on the 19th. He arrived on time again and it took about 30 minutes for the process. He cleaned up the space afterwards of old blinds trash and new blinds box and wrapping. I appreciated that, too.

Erasto was not only helpful and prompt but also personable. When I called, he said he could come to my home for an estimate in about an hour! He assessed what would need to be done, gave me an estimate, and explained how the shutters are made (and said that, if I'm spending the money, I should spend it on wood). The next day, Raphael was supposed to come over for a final measurement, but something came up for him, so Erasto arranged for him to come the following day, which he did. The measurement did not take more than a few minutes. Three weeks later, my shutters were ready to be installed, and Tony came (several hours early, but that worked out just fine) and spent time making sure everything fit perfectly and was cleaned up. He took down all my old window treatments and cleaned up the walls so it looks like the plantation shutters were there all along. The house is transformed! He, too, was personable, and I felt comfortable with him working in my home. Erasto called to see how things were going, and I felt like everyone I dealt with really cared about my happiness with the work. The shutters are beautiful.

I had recently purchased a new condo and needed to put blinds on all my windows. My husband and I first went to Home Depott o select window treatments, and wanted to try their installation services. However, it took such a long time to schedule window measurements. Then they told us that after measurements, it would take up to 2 to 4 weeks to have the blinds installed. Ok, we decided to go with it because most of the blinds we chose were custom-ordered.. But their subcontractor didn't show up to measure our windows at the pre-scheduled time and attempts to call the subcontractor proved so difficult. Very poor service on the part of Home Depot and their subcontractor. We were so dissatisfied. I gave very direct negative feedback to the manager of the Home Depot window treatment department and they tried to give us a coupon for a 10% discount.. Then we discovered Angie's List. I promptly chose Reseda Shade company on the basis of reviews, and got to talk to Errasto. He was very professional and had a good choice of blinds and shades to choose from. He showed up promptly at my new home at the appointed time, measured my windows quickly, and within a week, we got most of our blinds installed. The rest (which were on special order) arrived within another week, and were also quickly installed. I very highly recommend Reseda Shade Co. Excellent work. Often, it's best to go with smaller providers like Reseda Shades who take a very personalized approach to their work and deliver professionally for their customers.

Erasto and Reseda Shade Co. were excellent and provided great service. Erasto's consultation was great. The blinds came in early and Erasto got them installed early for us as well. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. When compared to several other companies, their price was the best, as well as their customer service. Thank you.

He was very good and did a great job. The outcome was great. He came when he was supposed to, did the work and everything have worked fine since then. The pricing was okay.

After seeing so many positive reviews for Reseda Shade, I contacted them and spoke with Erasto. He is very affable, professional, detail oriented, experienced, and caters to service. Upon our initial appointment, he came by and gave accurate measurements of all of the windows and patio doors in my home, along with welcomed recommendations based on his lengthy experience and the current design of my home. I trusted his taste and opinion, and came away very satisfied. Pricing seems competitive within the market place, and Erasto delivered everything he promised. He told me the blinds and shutter would take one week to arrive, and in exactly one week he was back at my home with an experienced crew of four, all of whom were diligent, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They took their time on the install, and gave me some helpful hints on operation and maintenance of the equipment. The product and color were as advertised and I think they look very nice in my home. The blinds are a little difficult at times to operate, but I think it is just the nature of the product and not a reflection of Erasto or Reseda. I would definitely use them again, as I trust Erasto's taste and how he is committed to do business and service clients the proper way, but I would probably not choose wood blinds again due to the inconsistency of operation.

He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He always showed up EARLY and was very cordial. He gave great suggestions when asked but didn't push us into anything. The day after installation we needed to remove some of them for other work being done on the house. I called and he walked us through getting them down and back up - definitely above-and-beyond, quality service.

I called Erasto to schedule an in-home estimate. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. We discussed my budget and what I was looking for, and I decided on the 3/4" honeycomb shades in white. I intended to shop around a bit and also needed to make sure the hubby was okay with my design choice, so I did not order the shades when he was there. I was super impressed when Erasto did not pressure me into committing to anything on the spot. He encouraged me to shop around and gave me a written estimate with the measurements of each window. He told me that they would take approximately 2 weeks (maybe less) to have them ordered and installed. He was confident in his pricing and service, and simply told me to call him when I was ready and he'd order them right away. I really appreciated the fact that he did not try to pressure me. He was extremely pleasant and professional. While he was over I listened to him take a few phone calls, during which time, he showed the same professionalism. I called Erasto a few weeks later and told him I'd like to place the order. The shades came in in under two weeks, and Erasto was able to come install them the same day he called to tell me they were ready. They were installed in under an hour, and they look beautiful. The shades are high quality, and Erasto explained they were warrantied for 5 years, which is a bonus. All in all, I'm super pleased. I would highly recommend Erasto. He is the kind of person you want to give your business to.

He did a great job for us. At least 8 of the windows were custom sizes and we needed to order the shades accordingly. These shades took longer to come in and Erasto put up temporary blinds for those windows at no charge. The company that he ordered the custom blinds from were out of stock for the taupe color that we chose and as soon as he new that he called us to update us on the timeline. Apparently the company was holding all of the blinds until the custom ones were completed to send in one shipment and when he found this out he made sure they sent them in pieces so that he could come over and start putting them up when they came so we would have window coverings. Erasto has a cute young daughter Daisy who he brought on our initial Sunday meeting and she kept our little puppy occupied by carrying him around her while we chose colors which was adorable.

Erasto was on time and responsive. His estimates for everything from plantation shutters, honeycomb blinds, to wood and vinyl blinds were much less than the other estimates we received. The shades arrived when he said they would and were installed properly, they even adjusted some of the existing shades. He has very reasonable prices and great follow up. The shades we have are top notch. We will use him again for our other window needs.

Owner was prompt, efficient friendly and price was competitive with discount. However, we had to make him aware of a shade that was not correctly installed and which he quickly fixed. Also, he left some small messes where he had drilled. Details! Otherwise we're satisfied.

The work turned out great. The price was good and they were nice.

The shutters are beautiful and slightly higher quality than what was there before. First try, shutters were wrong color! Owner did not notice until they were installed. Reseda Shutters removed the shutters and had them repainted and replaced by the next day! Not only that, but they were calm and courteous.

While in the end we decided not to do this project, I wanted to write a review of our experience because this is definitely someone we will work with in the future. Setting up the free estimate appointment was very easy and the owner actually came about 10 minutes early for the appointment - which is unheard of! He listened to what we were looking for and provided alternatives for us as well as two estimates, with and without the master bath. he followed up about a week later and provided us a price upon request for motorized blinds as well. Based on our other research we believe the price quoted was a fair price, but it's just more than we wanted to spend at the moment. We will revisit in the future but I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

Earsto was excellent. He was very helpful. It was fast and easy service. They came out before to quote me on another project that I didn’t end up doing, but I remembered him and liked him so much that I called him back to do this project.

They seemed to do a good job, the shades look really good, I thought it was reasonably priced and I thought it was good service, I recommend them. They were helpful, they wanted to make me happy, they cared about how it looked and if I was satisfied with the job they had done so I thought just all around it was very good customer service and delivery of their product. I didn't price around because I trusted Angie's List but it seems fair to me.

Erasto Trejo arrived on time, even early. He demonstrated a more than thorough understanding of his trade. His work is accurate - both job estimate and requisite measurements. He delivered on all of his promises, completely meeting and exceeding expectations. He was professional, courteous, and critically listened; he understood what it was we wanted even though we found ourselves struggling at times to clearly articulate our 'vision'. It was a pleasure meeting Erasto and we look forward to calling on him in the future!

Owner Erasto arrived on time for appt. Had samples. Assistant with helping too pick the correct colors. The price was reasonable for the quality we received. I felt the installed arrived a little to late in the day, it appeared he rushed the install. One Blind that Erasto measured was a complete opposit of what we requested, however they did correct the problem by making a new blind and installed in with 1 week, which was nice. One complaint was that Erasto assured us that he would be the one installing the blinds, however a different man showed up, His Brother, he didn't speak hardly any English, I couldn't understand him at all. My Wife speaks Spanish and she couldn't understand him either. Made the install a little fustrasting. When the installed came back to change the wrong blind, his English appeared too be better???. Overall I feel we received a decent deal. But remember you get what you pay for.

During the first appointment I chose the window treatments and colors I wanted with Erasto's help, gave him a deposit for half the amount, at which time he told me it would take about 2 weeks to receive the items. He called me on a Friday- exactly 2 weeks from his first visit, he professionally installed all of the window treatments in under 2 hours. He and Luis took great care to put all furniture back in the exact positions, and even wiped down my shutters to remove all fingerprints and lint. Wow- I am so pleased.

It turned out really good. He was very courteous and I am very satisfied.
