I purchased a beautiful fountain from Phillip owner of Reseda Discount Pottery and Fountains. The fountain was installed and all I had were problems from the getgo. Phillip worked with me for a month trying to rectify the situation. When I had finally had enough I told him I could not deal with the problem one minute more and I no longer wanted this fountain. He said no problem. Come in, choose another fountain and not to worry that he would take care of it. He is a man of his word. I went in, choose another fountain and he is in the process of ordering it and getting it out to me. Not only was he lovely about the entire fiasco he gave me a refund for the difference as the original fountain was quite a bit more.He did this without my even having to ASK for the refund. How wonderful to deal with an honest and reliable company. I strongly recommend Reseda Dicount Pottery for fountains and beautiful pots.

They handled the transaction perfectly, ordering the fountain and then holding it for us until the area was ready for the install. I called and thanks to an opening in the schedule they delivered it the same day. A totally professional crew moved it into our backyard and it was a heavy fountain and then set up making sure it was level and adjusted. The total price included the pump but not the delivery which we paid on arrival. With the time between ordering and delivery you can forget this fact and they expect cash or a check.
