Terrible service, will never call this company again.
Description of Work: Told me they would be at my home between 4 - 7 PM. Arrived at 8:40 PM. Said that he would have to come back the next morning with the part. Promised to be there before noon. Waited until 1:30 and tried to call but no one answered at the business phone or the cell number he gave me. Never heard from the company (I left two messages) or the service rep. (couldn't leave a message because his mailbox was full. Since I gave him my credit card number to get the parts, I had to cancel it with the provider.
