Poncho's Moving Service

I do NOT recommend doing business with Pancho based on his rudeness, carelessness, dismissiveness and refusal to take responsibility for the damage done by his team. My neighbor used Pancho’s Delivery Service 9818-400-3855) to move them this morning. The guys backed their big moving truck into the tree on the parkway directly in front of my house; cracking and compromising two fair sized branches. Initially, when I approached the guys about the damaged tree, one of the workers, Joel, assured me he would cut the compromised branches down and haul them away. However, when I returned six hours later to remind them of the damaged branches, I had to deal with their boss, Pancho. Pancho claimed they’d informed the city that they had bumped into a “small” branch and refused to share the phone number he said he called. Instead, he waved his hand at me like he was flicking away a fly, told me to look up the phone number myself and to “get out. Goodbye” If I could give negative stars…

He's reliable and they do a really good job. In the 5 times that he has moved me in the past, I only had one broken item - the leg on a chair. He fixed it, and it looks as good as new. He goes the extra mile - provides extra boxes, and so forth.
