Thery were very porfessional as always and repaired the glass desktop quickly and cheaply. I love it because when I call Nancy's Glass I always get Nancy on the phone and great customer service. She is great to work with and the end result is always good. Highly recommend them.

Contacted company to replace Window Pane. Was quoted approximate price over phone and setup appt. for staff to come out and inspect for formal quote. Took about 3 days to get quote and quote was excellent compared to competition. Scheduled install for a Saturday. I was also including a matching window tint to my existing windows. Was contacted prior to Sat and informed window wasn't ready and we rescheduled for following Saturday. Installer came out but Window wasn't tinted but was told window tinter was on the way over to install tint after window was installed. No big deal. Installation went pretty smooth but installer dropped my window screen two stories. He reinstalled it and thats when I found out they also provide new window screens and also did work on the window sashes as I had two windows that would not open/close easily. They removed the sashes from another window and said I would be contacted for quote. It took about a week and I got the quote for the new sashes and I said I would bring in my window screen for quote. I also said I had found that the window the installer dropped had a tear in it and I didn't notice it when the installer replaced as they asked me not to open window for a couple of days after the tinting was put on. Nancy agreed to replace the window screen and charged me a reasonable fee to replace the 2nd window screen. Scheduled another technician for the Window sash replacement but when he tried to due had extreme problems and said needed two people to install and would have to reschedule. After some scheduling conflicts and a vacation on my behalf two installers came out and installed the sashes. Windows operated perfectly. Nancyhad slightly betgter price than others, explained clearly what needed to be done, sent out people ion time and completed the job exactly when she said it would be done.

She took the order over the phone and had them ready for pick up the next day. She recommended an edge that would look professional without costing too much. Her price was half what other suppliers were quoting. She recommended we buy our own clear cushion "feet" to protect the table top, because she acknowledged the ones she had were not the greatest. With the minor, minor exception of having to make an extra trip to get those feet (all of about a 5 minute trip and ~$4 at Target), we couldn't be happier with the results. She'll be my one and only call when I next need a piece of glass.

Nancy's price was so far below the other 2 estimates I got. She wanted the dimentions of the desk, and part of it was a bit tricky, as the desk was not even. She asked me if I could fax a drawing, which I did and she called me back with an estimate within an hour.

Overall - happy. They did call to say when they were going to be late, but they were late every time (measuring/estimating, first install attempt, completion) by upwards of 1-2 hours.

I .called Nancy with the approximate dimension of the shower opening and described the features that I wanted on the door ( polished chrome hinges, towel bar and handle). She promptly called me back with an estimate subject to an exact measurement of the space. We made an appointment for her guy to measure. He brought a catalog of hardware styles for me to choose from. Nancy called me back with the revised price a couple of days later (It was actually slightly less). I placed a deposit over the phone with my credit card and we made an appointment for the installations. Two men came for the installation and in a couple of hours the project was complete. They were courteous and answered all my questions.

I used Nancy s Reseda Glass and Screen Inc. because of the quote I was given. They were also more available. They were able to do the work for me in 2 days. I would use them again.

It has been an excellent deal. They had informed that the mirror would be done by 3 to 4 days but because of the economy the mirror was done the following day itself. It was faster and far better than we expected. The price was excellent. Our daughter had got a quote of $200.

The very old wood frame was painted. They had to remove old wood trim molding that was easy to break. I took the frame and screen in one day and I went to their shop and I picked it up the next day. The work was as good as could be expected for such an old screen. Their price was less than half of another shop on Angie's List nearby. I would use them again.

Went well dropped off, ran errands, stopped back by, a bit too early, so I ran more errands, then picked up. Worked well with my schedule and they did good work.

A very positive experience; they were able to come out on the day we called, which happened to be New Year's Eve. We got a quote later the same day and they came back out two days later to take a more exact measurement as our window, it apparently was sort of an odd size. Less than a week later, the replacement window was ready for install and they were able to install it 2 days later. The removal of the old window proved a bit difficult, due to how it had originally been installed years ago, and did not come out in one clean piece (came out in many pieces). The process took a bit longer, from what I gather, than it usually does. But the work was done inside an hour and a half and the new window looks great!

I was very happy with them being right on time for the appointments. They covered the furniture and floors and left no mess at all. Installation was done efficiently and quickly.

They weren't able to give me a very accurate estimate over the phone because they hadn't seen the windows yet. But since I already knew I wanted sandblasted glass, to save time they sent out a crew with glass slightly larger than the measurement I'd given them. They then did a custom cut on site to fit the existing frames. I thought that was quite clever, because it saved them (and me) from having to schedule a second appointment.

I got a good price, and it looked really good. Nancy really searched to find what would work at a reasonable price.

Talked to Nancy on a Wednesday about replacing my window and gave her approximate measurements. She sent someone to measure the next day and had the glass installed the following day. Installer made sure areas around the door was cleaned up and did a great job with installation.

Called, was given estimate based on approx. size of window, scheduled appointment. Glazier arrived between the hours they said he would, and replaced the window within an hour. Frame has apparently shifted out of true, but managed to install the new glass despite this.

I called Nancy's the afternoon that the window broke and they scheduled my repair for the next morning. The workman showed up on time, did an excellent job and was fast and neat. I didn't call around for multiple estimates on the job because I needed it repaired quickly, so I'm not sure how their prices compare, but I was pleased with the results and felt they were worth the cost.

I called and spoke with the owner, Nancy. I described what needed to be done and she gave me a price quote over the phone. We arranged to have workmen come over to do the job. They were 45 minutes late so I called Nancy and was told that their earlier job ran into problems. We rescheduled for later in the day and they showed up on time, sort of. After inspecting the mirrors, the wall, and the hardware, we decided different hardware would be needed. They told us to get the necessary hardware and they would, in the meantime, finish their first job. When they returned, they covered the hardwood floor with a tarp and measured off where each mirror would go (with my help). Two times they ran into problems hanging the mirrors and did not seem able to come up with a solution. In both cases, my husband and I solved the problems and suggested solutions which worked. In the end, they got the mirrors up and aligned them perfectly. They look great!

Great; they came on time and did a very nice job. I would highly recommend them.
