INTEGRITY APPLIANCE CO INC

Called sears for repair and they sent out external vendor integrity.  They are a contracted service with sears.  They did the work in April.  The mad was rude and angry.  He took pictures of the appliance and kept shaking his head.  He left and said someone would call about the repairs needed.  The did not call.  I had to call 2 weeks later. They said sears was refusing the services and would not cover it under warrenty.  That sears would only pay for the service call. Sears stated intergrity said it was consumer abuse.  I therefore would not be covered under warrenty.

Serviceman took unit out placed on floor with old towles and began to work on unit. He replaced what he said was a cracked fly wheel/ gear. Put unit back together paced under cabinet and turned it on. Presser when down about 1/3 of the way and stopped. Now you could not even open the door. He said something else broke but he did not know what, he would have to get back with us. My wife called the company and was treated very rudely. I decided to call the warranty company Assurance Solutions and re-set with a different service company. While looking for information on Integrity Appliance I found many un-happy customers that were treated in the same rude manner. I will never purchase an extended warranity again as it appears they use the cheapest repair services they can find. See write up under Camarillo Appliance Company.
