+ -1 moreHardly anyone has these special machines, not to mention the blanks needed to make the keys. He suggested that he come to the home to make sure it works. He actually has the machine on his truck which was made in the 1950s. He said he would come in 20 minutes and he came in 20 minutes. Great service and great quality worksmanship.
Description of Work: I needed a replacement for a very unusual circular key that fits an old Dictograph alarm system.

Description of Work: In my mothers home office a file cabinet got accidentally locked and of course we had to no key. She first called a local Locksmith to come by and open the file cabinet from right in the neighborhood. When they arrived and reviewed the file cabinet they said "sorry" that cannot and will not try to open the cabinet. Then I got involved ans went to by my Angie's List and called Lior after reading his past reviews. After explaining the situation to him over the phone we agreed for both of our benefits that I would go over and take photos and email them to him so he could see what he was up against. He reviewed the pictures while we were on the phone and said "he" could open the cabinet. He then drove right over within 30 min. and worked on the file cabinet until he got it open. He then removed the old lock and took it with him to see if he could still get a replacement with keys. He called Monday noon and had found a replacement lock. I asked him to please order it and he is coming back tomorrow to re-install and complete the work.

+ -1 moreThe man that helped me was a gentleman. He realized I was uncomfortable having a stranger in my home. He kept me informed and showed me everything I neeed to do. He only took the one key that needed to be replace so I could have the rest of my keys. I am glad that I have trust in a company that I can turn to. I have all the comfort that I can turn to them with ease.
Description of Work: They helped me get into my house after being locked out.
