They did the work in a timely manner.

On a Thursday night we tried using a plunger to unblock the toilet in our guest bathroom. We called G Plumbing 1 late and he said he could be here in the morning. Fortunately the toilet in our master bathroom was working so we said "fine." We had experience with George before and trusted him. George showed up on Friday morning as promised. He and another plumber went to work snaking the toilet, then going up to the roof snaking the vent and finally after snaking the sanitary drain the blockage freed up. All in all it took half an hour. He was courtesy, neat and efficient. Two weeks later on a Friday night that same toilet backed up. George came over Saturday morning and told me it would be a "no charge" as his work was warrantied. He pulled out his tools and went to work. Moments later he takes me to the side of the house and shows me a piece of metal he pulled from the drain. Turns out to be the blade of a previous plumber' snake. For the record, there had not been a blockage problem in 8 years we have lived in this house. Seems the blade must have moved into a position to cause damage. We had a chuckle and George went on his way. Even with such an absurd blockage George honored his warranty. Hopefully there won't be another emergency, but when there is I will call G Plumbing 1. I will also be happy to give them my non-emergency work when we are ready to upgrade faucets, etc.

George from T G Plumbing was fantastic. It's like I want to keep him a secret. He is really terrific. He came out right away, on time, it took him no time at all, and he gave me an estimate. It was actually less than his estimate. He is cheap. Reliability, low cost, and honesty. He'll tell you if you don't need it or anything like that. I like that, somebody upfront. My parents actually used him. He installed their faucets.
