Great...not only did they fix the problem, but they did a tune-up for the garage door and opening mechanism as well. Then they showed me how to lengthen the life of the door and opener.

I am very happy with his service. He was on time and finished early both days.

Edi was great to work with in these tough times. He understood the importance of social distancing from the minute we met him. Our garage door needed replacing. He honored the Angie’s list deal and did not try to up sell, pointing out that in our case, we would be wasting our money if we bought an insulated door. While we were discussing this, Edi fixed a remote and the wall opener. The work was done the next day at the time that was arranged. It was great working with a good guy that takes pride in his work. We highly recommend him!

Edi and team with EM Garage Door did a great job replacing my garage door! They took my call on a Sunday and came out for a repair but were honest enough to show me where the garage door was damaged and recommended we replace it as a temporary fix would not suffice. Edi's communication and follow-thru were amazing! I highly recommend them!

Left message and call was returned promptly. Appt was set up for next AM which was Sat which i did not expect it. Received call before arrival. A short was found in wiring. I have used this company before and its highly recommended.

It went well. Eddi replaced the opener unit as its circuit board was broken. Liftmaster no longer made a replacement for the 2002 unit. Eddi is prompt, knowledgeable and all business.

I needed some repairs on my garage door so based on the reviews I called Edi. I’m so glad I did! He was courteous and professional and clearly knows what he’s doing. He came over the same day and quickly assessed what the problem was. He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, just took care of the issues. He made two trips to our house, arrived when promised and always called ahead to let me know he was on his way. This guy is the best! They were super responsive. I received a call minutes after I submitted request. I sent him pictures and we agreed on a price and same day 3-5pm arrival. He called me at 1:30pm and said he could be at my house at 2pm. Which was great. He saw quickly that the repair company I used 6 years ago installed different size springs! He corrected the problem with new springs, feasted them, and did a lube service. I was very very satisfied.

Gates were both not working on Sunday. Sunday Tom did a great job and saved me money and Time from having to wait for a new mother board by offering to rig up a used motherboard, adjusting sensors, added more reflectors, finished installing my upgraded receivers, and set gates to open with one click and close with one click. Both gates are working great now. Thanks

Within two hours of calling EM, a technician had arrived at my home and repaired the broken spring to make my garage door work. The technician worked quickly, efficiently, and kept me updated about what kind of work he was doing and why. He also explained what he thought went wrong with the previous spring. Very impressed by how punctual EM was, how quickly they worked and how soon my door was back in working order.

I can’t begin to tell you just how wonderful Edi is.....I needed a new opener and his fee was completely reasonsable. He went above my expectations when he came back to program my new phone.....yet again he came back when I unexpectedly had to buy a new car to synch the new car and garage opener. The dealership couldn’t get the programming right, but Edi did within a couple of minutes. I wish every business owner was as reputable as Edi.

Edie did an amazing job. Thoroughly tested all mechanics, sensors and electronics solving the problem in less than an hour. Even performed maintenance on both doors before he left.

We’ve used Garage Door and Gate Services on 3 occasions to replace batteries on the electrical arm and we were pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. We have always dealt with Tom. Our gate began malfunctioning again and when Tom came out and looked at the mechanism, he said the circuit board was dead. He presented us with options and we decided it was time to replace the arm and the gate. tom presented options for materials for the gate, colors, styles, informed us of required safety mechanisms, and presented optional mechanisms. Tom answered our questions honestly and did not attempt to pressure us into purchasing costly add ons. The next day, Tom emailed us pictures of different gates. When our decision was made, Tom came out to take measurements for our new gate and returned that same evening to go over everything with us. Delivery of the new gate and arm was quick and installation went smoothly. We highly recommend Gate Door and Gate Services.
