One of the springs on our roll up garage door broke. We called Edi and he came several hours later. We opted to replace both old springs. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. The work was done within the hour and everything was better than before. I will call Edi again if I have any future problems with my garage door opener.

Like many of you, I was drawn to use Edi based on his reviews and reputation. I'm so happy to report that the service provided went above and beyond what I expected. I recently purchased a home with a faulty garage door. Edi quickly confirmed our appointment and was readily available via text messages. He arrived 20 minutes early, quickly diagnosed that the motor was shot and suggested a new control unit. Installation took about 30 minutes total and Edi made sure I was completely familiar with the new unit and all of it's cool features (including the ability to open and close the door via Wifi!). Not only was he courteous and prompt, we had a great conversation about Porter Ranch since I was new to the area. Edi provides the type of service that one wishes all vendors provided. Do not hesitate to call him.

Edi answered me within a few minutes, came out same day and installed new garage door springs. He was highly professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His prices were fair and the quality if work excellent. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Edi is Awesome! My garage springs broke at 7:30am, called Edi and he was at my house by 8:00am!! Fixed everything perfectly and quick! He even took the time to program my cars to activate my garage doors, I tried so many times to do it on my own but was not able to. I thought I had the rolling code garage door openers, so I never attempted and always had to carry my remote. But Edi looked at it and 2 minutes later my car garage opener worked! A+ Service!!

My door came off the track at 4pm on a Friday. I called Edi and he arrived within 2 hours. He quickly fixed the problem. A few weeks later the door was just not lifting smoothly still. I called him and without any resistance, he came back to the house and made an adjustment for me. Thank you Edi, it is rare to find this level of customer service and warranty these days.

Called Edi on a Sunday morning around 9:15am and he was at the house by 9:30am! Super knowledgeable and very punctual professional! And he got the job done under 30 minutes! I've had a few other people come and over charge me but Edi is by far the fairest and best out there!

I have an older unit and he was able to contact support and get to the bottom of my issue. He was able to install the part I needed and the garage was working perfectly in no time. Pricing was excellent compared to what I was quoted on the phone by other companies. He went the extra mile. I was sure that I needed a whole new unit, but Edi was honest enough to say he could fix it and I could get a little more out of the unit before I needed to replace it. My garage door started making a horrible squeaking sound. I put up with it for about 2 days, before I got fed up with noise. I requested a quote from Eddie on yelp. He responded in less than 5 minutes. Eddie was very polite on the phone and gave me the price of what he charges to service the garage door. We agreed to schedule the appt for today between 3-5pm. I mentioned to him I would be home around 3:15 just in case he showed up at 3pm, and he said that was fine. At 2:40 Eddie called me that he was on the way, and he knew I wouldn't be home and told me he would wait for me, not to rush. When I got home, Eddie was kindly waiting for me. He corrected the issue quickly. Whenever I need service again, I will definitely contact him.

Excellent craftsmanship at a fair price! I had a new Wayne Dalton (8000) garage door and Liftmaster garage door opener installed. The total cost included everything, including tracks, Springs, weatherstrip molding, rollers, etc...the whole nine yards (just like the original estimate stated). The owner communicated well, and he was polite, and informative. The installer was on time, and it was evident that he was very experienced, and most importantly did a fine job. Thank you for quality service, punctuality, good communication leading up to, and during the installation. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Punctual, honest and professional. If you're looking for a garage door expert, Edi is your man. We called him on a Saturday morning seeking a quote for a garage door opener. He came right on time -- within a half hour or less of the call -- and we booked him for a Monday installation. He did a great job and we highly recommend him!

I picked this garage door service based on all the yelp reviews. Our roll up garage door needed a new motor and a tune up. I called them up and Edi was able to set up an appointment very quickly. His technician "L", I'm sorry I couldn't pronounce his whole name, showed up on time and was very nice. He showed me the new motor, explained everything that needed to be done, and gave me a fair price. He finished in good time and the garage door opened great and the motor was strong and quiet. I called the night before Thanksgiving and I received a call back the morning of Thanksgiving. I told Eddie that it's not an emergency and we can wait until Thanksgiving is over. The most professional garage door service I have ever experienced. I had a garage door opener motor that was temperamental and sensors but did not always work. I wasted $75 a couple of times on service calls with another company never had the peace of mind of knowing the door would always work properly. These guys did not pressure me to buy a new system However I was so impressed with their work ethic that I decided to do it with them. I paid the exact same that I would if I bought it from Amazon or Home Depot and paid an installer to install it however what was better is that he arrived with a truck full of all of the parts and accessories one could use he did not just slap the motor into place instead he found a much better place to mount it and now it is so secure. He took everything apart and made it all work so much better now. I was impressed with his knowledge, skill and professionalism. The receipt was excellent and most importantly I felt confident the whole time and feel so good about how smooth and quiet it is now.
