Dr. Fix Home Services & Appliance Repair

Had my tenant call Alex at Dr Fix to resolve an appliance issue. He was professional. reported back to me & easy to pay. An affordable vendor that makes my tenants happy is an asset to my team. My contractor recommended him saying you can count on him to communicate well, do clean work & be professional. My contractor was right. I love Dr. Fix!

Washer repair within a week due to ordering of part and installation. Very helpful and pleasant to work with. Would recommend Dr fix to all my friends and family.

As best it could. Turns out this appliance was over 10 years old (it came with my place) and needs replaced. But the fellow tried everything and explained it all well. I was impressed and would definitely recommend.

1st visit did not go well. He was here for 2 hours, but he found out that replacement dryer belt was not going to fit. It was painful to me to see how hard he had to work. I wonder why he only brought one belt. He worked **** ** it, but had to come back the next day. The second trip was easy, since he brought the right belt.

paid him but work was not done Then charge me 75 $ for international call fee and refund 525$ from 600$. Don’t pay him till he finishes your work. Watch out and stay away! Not reliable . First and last experience with him. Good luck

The installation went very well. Alex was very courteous and professional. Talked to me through out the installation and once completed tested both appliances making sure they were working before he left.

Alex is very professional and easy to work with. He works quickly and communicates everything going on so you have a full understanding of what he's doing. I was able to communicate my concerns about various tasks and he always pointed me in the right direction to find the most economical solution; for example I have a burnt-out ceiling fan and he recommended replacing it completely as it would be cheaper than paying him to repair it. I value his honesty and would absolutely recommend Alex for all your handyman & appliance needs.
