+ -1 moreInitial phone call was very good. They were 3 hours late on delivery day but we were okay with that. Getting the bin picked up was another story. Every time we called they said they'd be there the next day but never showed. This went on for over 2 weeks. Finally got it picked up but we wouldn't rent from them again because of that.
Description of Work: Dropped off and picked up a 3 yard bin rental.

+ -1 moreCalled for the bins to be delivered at 9:00am Saturday morning. The bins arrived at 11:00am, which was not a problem on the job. Still, it would have been nice to have them as scheduled. I filled the bins in one day, and called for them to be picked up. There was some confusion with the first call, I had to call again 4 days later to get them picked up. Again, this did not present a problem on the job. But, I can always do without confusion.
Description of Work: Dumpster rental. The bins were dropped off at my address, and picked up when I was done with the job.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and were really great about squeezing the bin into my driveway. The next day, I realized I needed a second bin - the first was full already. I called, and a truck showed up within an hour to pick up the full bin. Not more than another hour later, an empty bin showed up. This was truly spectacular service. All three drivers were friendly, helpful, and professional.
Description of Work: Busy Bins delivered two 10 yd dumpsters for removal of asphalt, brick, stone, concrete, and dirt. Each dumpster cost $325 for delivery, pickup, and all disposal fees.
