Better Together Builders gave me best quote on my bathroom remodel so it was easy decision to hire them on that project. The project started soon after we signed a contract and it went better and smoother than I expected, but Yanni and his team were true professional, perfectly organized and disciplined. Yanni kept the costs within my budget and did everything as I suggested, even better because of his valuable ideas. The bathroom turned out great, I really like it and will highly recommend Better Together Builders!

BTB is a great example of, you get what you pay for. The quality of their customer service, work and staff is nothing like I’ve ever seen. After having negative experiences in the past with construction companies I chose to reach out to BTB knowing they’re a little pricier than other companies. But it was so worth it, Yanni and Nikki were simply amazing, they answered every question I had, gave me amazing recommendations and I felt safe having their workers in my home. Absolutely wonderful. It’s amazing how uplifting some natural light can bring to a kitchen with a nice big skylight!!! Sounds kinda neat when it rains too. Exactly what I wanted and Better Together Builders helped make a simple idea come to life.

Yanni Called. Appointment was scheduled. Eden showed up on time. Nice fellow. Told me he would send me a virtual by end of the week and won't charge me although they usually charge for that. I communicated through texting for a week. He gave me a firm bid for LABOR and SOFT Materials. I asked several times to send me the virtual and the scope of work. Never sent me anything saying we only do that in person. Appointment was set but he never showed up. Later he called and said he had an accident so he could not make it. However, today he called and said he had gone to hospital to get COVID test. Then the big surprise. He claims labor for TILE INSTALLATION. So, the new estimate would be almost twice as much. I can not believe how someone can estimate for bathroom remodeling without the tile installation. I told him we are not interested. I got nothing but run around and waste of time.

We had an unfortunate slow water leak that ultimately required a partial bathroom remodel in our children's bathroom. As an unplanned event, the cost concerns were very high and our insurance wouldn't cover any of it. We were fortunate to find Better Together Builders who were not put off by the initially anticipated "small job." Our project manager, Yoti, was very responsive to all texts and phone calls. Sapphire in the office was also great with communication in terms of due dates and upcoming inspections. Luis, the foreman, was very friendly and not put off by my need for everything to look perfect. When we found mold after taking down part of the wall (a fun bonus of a slow leak), BTB were great about getting it remediated quickly. While none of this was fun, I feel extremely fortunate to have worked with BTB due to their communication, legitimate concern for how we felt things looked/turned out, and their honesty with referrals, strengths, and limitations. I will look forward to calling them in the future to see what can be done with our kitchen.

We used Better Together Builders for an extensive kitchen and bar remodel which including filling in a wall and taking down part of another. Ido and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. They were prompt for every workday and completed the job in the expected timeframe which is pretty much unheard of these days. They went above and beyond just getting the job done and always wanted to make sure we were satisfied and happy. They were very meticulous and attentive to details and worked within our HOA rules/regulations and pulled Burbank city permits. The finished kitchen and bar area FAR exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with it and plan to use them again for our master bathroom remodel.

They communicated with us often about progress and next steps. They are very customer-centric and strive to meet expectations. We chose them over other companies and estimates. Although they were not the lowest estimate, the value-added customer service and quality work was well worth the peace of mind. We are speaking with them about a small project and have referred them to a friend for roofing needs. We will not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
