ALLIANCE SECURITY SYSTEMS

My initial contact with them by phone they wanted me to have it installed right away. It was Alliance systems I spoke with Chance. They told me they had been in business for over 15 years with over 3 million customers. This company was based out of Rhode Island. By the time they installed it on 4/21/15 they told me they were giving me a lower rate for 3 years and monitoring me. I was expecting I could get out of this at any time and there was no contract. George installed the system and presented me a paper to sign for the services and I thought it was just for installing the service. I feel like I was baited into signing a contract that I would have never signed if they told me the truth about this. I showed this man exactly where to put the motion censor because I've had things stolen from this one room. He did NOT even put the motion censor in the correct spot so It doesn't work like they said it would. I did sign this piece of paper because I thought it was for the 1 time service not a 5 year contract and the installer never signed this paper. In this contract I have a 3 day California law to cancel which I tried to do and they would NOT let me. I was baited into this and I am an older woman with short term memory loss and they did not help me one bit. I felt like they took major advantage of me. I have had multiple conversations with this company trying to get this taken out and they say that person doesn't work here anymore and that I would have to pay over 1,000 dollars for them to remove it!

THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY INSTALLED IT VERY FAST. IT DIDN'T TAKE ALL DAY TO DO THE WORK. THEY CAME AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
